The entire area is very expensive so while not a direct complaint about price, a $25 cheeseburger should at least be "medium" when requested (not rare). Even if served as ordered, it was still just an "OK" burger. The fries were quite good. The Greek Salad was good- just nothing special. On the day we went, we were the first people in the restaurant. Service was good. Again, nothing special. Ordered an iced coffee and wait staff asked if we wanted it with ice. But overall, the service was fine. The restaurant is nice, clean and inviting in terms of decor. It's big, so curious to see what's it's like what it's rush hour. Again, was in a pinch, and well into the "hangry" zone. It missed the mark for us, only one pasta dish on the menu and wildly overpriced kids meals- more expensive than adult menu...by far the most expensive meal we had in BC and food was fine, nothing special. Fantastic! We had the tomato soup: hot and spiced and delicious with a terrific crudite (?sp). We received a chef's complementary dish of lamb meatballs. Also delectable. Then our dishes came quickly: a clam cavatelli, salmon grilled, grilled potatoes. Our server: friendly, checked on us frequently, all our plates came out hot and delicious. We have been eating in the valley winter and summers for over twenty years. This place is fairly new and after some opening hiccups we dined here tonight. The hostess was friendly and pleasant. The waitress is local and she was also friendly helpful and nice. The service has been excellent and we loved our food! The short rib ravioli was excellent and comparable to other high end restaurants in Beaver Creek! The trout was also excellent and cooked to perfection! This trout was on par with the best of the restaurants in Vail. We will definitely place this place on our rotation and we are glad to see the menu and quality! read more

Delicious food! We had the burrata shared plate, my husband had the fried eggplant (sort of like a vegetarian chicken fried steak!), and I had the ricotta cavatelli with lamb bolognese. Everything was amazingly!! We had the arugula and beet salad on a labneh yogurt base which was a very nice portion more than enough for two. Salad was accompanied by a delicious freshly made warm pita bread and hummus side. Last (see photo) we enjoyed a pizza with prosciutto/arugula/ honey to die for!! Just dinned here tonight as a party of 7 people and everything was over and beyond amazing. The food was the best I have had in Colorado and quite honestly in any restaurant I have dinned in. My kids are very picky and they cleaned their plates, which never happens. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They also gave us free desserts as we were celebrating a birthday, which we all agreed were the most delicious desserts we have ever had. Couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. read more

Apparently this used to be an Italian restaurant, now it's sorta Mediterranean, which is throwing a lot of reviewers off. Posted an updated picture of the menu. I ordered the bison meatballs (which is a starter) for my entree- that, plus the bread the served at the beginning, plus 1/2 the broccolini side was MORE than enough food. I only could eat 2 out of 3. Very tasty. Husband had the shrimp tagine- it was very tasty, but it was served in a cast iron dish, and the meal was steaming hot the entire time. Was disappointed, this used to be a favorite when visiting Beaver Creek and I feel it has lost a lot of its luster. We were there for dinner - the noise levels were super loud, beyond high energy. The flooring and furniture are beat up, lighting was poor and they apparently had no control over the temperature which was uncomfortably hot. For a Mediterranean style restaurant, the menu is a bit all over the place (make sure you check it out first). Salmon was dry with some odd sort of spicy red sauce. Greek salad had an olive or two and the lightest sprinkling of feta cheese. Kids pizza is big enough for two. They used to have smaller, tasty pizzas on the main menu and they are no longer. Fair to note, the hummus and Osso Bucco were very good. Nothing here to make me to want to return anytime soon. read more

Toscanini was my first meal at Beaver Creek and was simply okay. The ambiance is quite nice and we were lucky enough to be seated on a seemingly packed Monday evening without a reservation. I had the butternut squash ravioli for my entree which appeared measly in portion size, but was quite heavy and filling. I found the dish to be a little too sweet for my personal liking, it definitely needed some savory elements beyond the cherry tomatoes to uplift the dish-- wasn't quite worth the price point. The bread pudding for dessert however, was delectable- it comes out warm and pairs really nicely with the gelato. In summary- come for the dessert, opt for another dish that isn't the ravioli. read more

Cintrea was the old Italian restaurant in the BC Village, but I think Mediterranean is a wonderful pivot for the location. I took my wife and son here to celebrate her birthday, and they made her night. Hummus made in house is a must for a restaurant at Beaver Creek, but freshly baked pita was next level. The Osso Buco dish I had was wonderful, and my wife enjoyed her seafood dish. Service was fast and friendly, and I didn't notice any of the hiccups associated with a new opening. This used to be the most fabulous Italian restaurant! They had the best carpaccio I've ever tasted and the rest of the menu was wonderful as well. I live in Vail. We made reservations to eat there last night before the concert at The Vilar. What a disappointment. It is now a "Mediterranean" menu. No more carpaccio. Dinner was okay but not great. The waitress had attitude....and not a good one, probably promoted by our huge disappointment in the "new" menu. The food was good, but Sarah our waitress was rude, curt and gave us attitude from the begging, she literally throw the menus at our table and didn't even acknowledge us, she was horrible, I give her the minimum tip out of respect for the rest of the crew as I know they split the tips, I am always generous tipping but she didn't deserve it. We just had the most horrible experience at this place. The "manager" was so so so rude to us because we only ordered a Margarita pizza and a drink. He rushed us out of the restaurant. He kept asking if that was the only thing we would have and then threw our credit card and said he didn't mean it. He said that was the smallest bill he had ever seen.
