It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. I am a coffee snob and this drink was made to perfection! Absolutely delicious and I didn't want the cup to end! It was the perfect balance of smoothness and warmth and it was sweetened perfectly! For breakfast, I decided to get the mushroom toast and it was amazing! I was skeptical about the ricotta addition but it was spread on the toast like butter, very plentiful and tasty! That along with the other ingredients used made it taste exceptional! Perfect price point too! I was more than satisfied! Last but not least the service by host staff and waiters was top tier. Very attentive and lots of smiles! They genuinely seemed happy to have me and treated me like a guest in their home. I genuinely can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! Thank you for an amazing experience!

The double Honduran blend espresso was roasty and strong presented in a small cup with a fox's face stamped on the side with the words "I FOX YOU" but not really sure why. We waited quite a while before anyone came to our table, and even after that, every time we needed something, it took a long time to get assistance. We started with coffee, which was fine, but the service continued to be very slow. When my husband ordered the chicken burger with fries, we waited nearly 30 minutes, only to be told afterward that they had run out of fries. That was extremely frustrating, especially after such a long wait. The waiter did try to make up for it by offering us some desserts on the house, which was appreciated, but it didn't make up for the overall experience. Going out to eat should be enjoyable and relaxing, not a situation where you constantly have to chase down your server. The food I tried was okay, but the service and lack of organization really took away from the experience. It seems like management needs improvement. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, no one ever came to greet us, and after waiting for a while, I had to walk to the counter to ask to be seated. The employee apologized and said she hadn't seen us. After we were seated, she brought us menus but explained that when we were ready to order, we would have to return to the counter to place our order ourselves. That was surprising enough, but what really bothered me was seeing a mandatory 15% service charge added to the bill. I have no problem tipping for good service, but automatically charging 15% when customers are expected to get up and place their own orders makes no sense to me. It's another example of the tipping culture getting out of hand. To make matters worse, the food was very expensive and simply wasn't worth the price. Between the confusing service, mandatory service charge, and overpriced food, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place.

I'd never tried Vietnamese coffee before - its coffee with sweetened condensed milk. To my surprise, it wasn't overly sweet. The flavors were perfectly balanced. The P.E.C bagel came with Waygu pastrami, egg & cheese. While it took a little while to come out, you could tell it was freshly made. The cheese was perfectly melted and gooey, and every bite was worth the wait. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito which contained egg, cheese, hash browns and avocado. We swapped half of our serving so we each could try something different. It ended up being the highlight of the meal for me. Every ingredient worked well together, without feeling too heavy. Sable definitely made a fantastic first impression, and I can't wait to be back!

Sable is chill, counter service and I visited two times during my visit to Miami, both times there was no wait/line which definitely a plus. The interior is cute, with a back room that turns into a night club but is open for eating & coworking in the day. I tried the turkey bagel and thought it was going to hit but it lacked something flavor wise, and I didn't love the hot sauce they had. However I also tried the corn pastry and that was really good. So maybe I just ordered wrong for my main dish!
