Chai latte, matcha latte, Miami Ride Smoothie & Shake

The environment is cool and unique. Seems like a place to come for a business call or to study for most. However my issue lies with the price for quality. I ordered a chai latte and was served bland/bitter coffee latte instead, but it was quickly remedied with no issues! Sadly the drink I was given wasn't much better at first. They did however make it better by adding brown sugar syrup to it and it was delicious! I believe it should just come that way though. The matcha latte was actually enjoyable for $8.50 which is average price in my opinion (oat milk & vanilla added) The smoothie was okay but also simple. An average sized smoothie and croissant was $17... Simple ingredients aren't the issue however paying a premium for something average is. Overall not a bad experience but I don't think I'll be returning, since I feel like there's other options that are more value for the price.

Reviewing after a year. They have motorcycle parking right up front near the food truck. The decor has been changed up but won't disappoint for motorcycle enthusiasts. There's plenty to let your eyes to see and purchase. Helmets, hats, shirts and more. Service was very fast with a friendly host. I ordered a cappuccino and whole egg muffin which tasted great.

When someone asks for a coffee rec in Miami I will now send them here. Imperial moto has great people and excellent coffee! My latte was delicious and so beautiful. And the baristas were so friendly and seemed to love sharing their coffee knowledge and craft. Despite very high quality product and experience the pricing was also super reasonable. The space is nice with plenty of room and lots of people were working or hanging out. Wonderful spot!

My friends and I decided to drop in after playing tennis. Plus we heard they had a great taco truck outside. This location has plenty of free parking which is rare in Miami! They have lots of outdoor seating in the shade. I ordered my burrito from the taco truck. I love that they sport other local businesses. Then I went inside to order my coffee. They have an easy kiosk for orders which allows the staff to focus on making drinks. I got my usual vanilla latte with pistachio milk. I forgot to say cold - oh well! Next time! We moved a few tables around and sat inside. Saturdays are definitely busy which is great! Met a few people while waiting for my drink and burrito. Super friendly staff and patrons. My drink was great as always! I stayed and worked a bit. They have plugs near the seats which is very convenient. I even met the owner! Super cool dude! Love this place!

When life gives you lemons you go to have a pink lemonade at Imperial Motto! Such a lovely and chill place in Little River, I could sit there all day.

A must visit coffee spot in Miami! The smell of quality coffee hits you as soon as you walk up. Staff was happy to help and drinks were made well and quickly. Cool vibe with motorcycle decor. Plenty of space outside and inside. Even bought a bag of beans to take home!

I looooved this place! Not my typical coffee shop but I loved the vibe, the decor, the people were so nice and inviting! The matcha was delicious and they have music and a whole vibe outside

Definitely a "cool" cafe. From the decor, to the events at this location, to the coffee and the eatery assortment. There is lots to look at and all the motorcycle/motocross is fascinating. We love a dog friendly outdoor coffee option. We don't love the street parking, but at least it's free, which in itself is special for Miami. Strawberry and cream danish is real nice!

5 stars on vibes alone however that's not all this place offers--the coffee is great and they have a solid array of pastries and small bites. There's a decent amount of seating, indoors and out. Street parking was easy to find on a Monday but I imagine weekends could be more challenging. The area offered several walkable small businesses to check out. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

My fiancé was already at the register ordering when I walked in to ask for our cortado in a proper Gibraltar glass (as we've always had it before at this establishment). The staff member heard me and blatantly ignored me, helping others instead. It was clear he didn't want to deal with the request. He even kept telling other customers (loud enough for me to hear) that everything was to-go only. Instead of addressing me, he eventually had his coworker step in to take my order. When I repeated my request, they both looked bothered and declined it stating that the OWNER told them to serve in to-go cups only due to the "event," despite no signs or anything indicating a change from any other busy weekend we've seen previously. The whole situation felt dismissive and poorly handled. What's even more frustrating is the complete disregard for both quality and environment. Any regular coffee drinker knows a cortado doesn't taste the same in a paper cup versus a proper Gibraltar glass--the ratio and experience are completely off. On top of that, serving everything in paper cups lined with plastic isn't exactly a healthy or environmentally conscious choice. It felt like pure convenience for the staff rather than any real reason. Really disappointing, and not a place we'll be recommending. If you are looking for a quality coffee and good service, look elsewhere.

As a graduate student, I visit this location at least three times a week and always make a purchase. Sometimes I don't order immediately because I'm not hungry or thirsty yet, but I always end up buying something, either because I'm there long enough to want something or simply because I understand that this is a business, not a public space. What really surprised me was being approached and told that I had to order something. That has never happened to me at any other Starbucks. At other locations, staff sometimes may even offer free samples to introduce new menu items, which I always appreciate and usually end up buying. The difference in attitude and service is very noticeable. On another occasion at this same location, I asked for a glass of water while waiting for a mobile order I had already placed. The barista told me I had to be a paying customer to get anything. She didn't notice that I was literally holding the bag of food I had just picked up. I held it up and asked, "Do you mean like this?" She then responded with a quick, "Oh, sorry," but the interaction still felt dismissive. After these repeated experiences, I honestly don't feel comfortable coming back to this location, even though it's the most convenient one for me. I hope this feedback helps bring some awareness and leads to better service moving forward.
