That's what led us to try Tony's. We had to enter through the Canada store and go up the escalator. It's spacious and well decorated. The staff was quick to greet us and lead us out onto the balcony. The other adults in our party seemed to like them well enough and ordered more. They gave me the olives from their margaritas so I was happy enough. I ordered the enchiladas with chicken. They were good but not amazing. We got a dish of jalapenos and taking small slices of those with each bite made them even better. The meal came with rice and beans. Everything was just OK. Our party also ordered tamales, Panchos, and the Mexican plate. Everyone seemed to agree with my assessment. The food was average. The Mexican plate came with a small slice of cake at the end. I have no idea what it was but it was delicious. I took one bite and promptly ordered more for the table. We loved that cake! The service was a little on the slow side but the views and the attention to detail made up for it. It wasn't my favorite restaurant in Nuevo Progresso but it certainly wasn't the worst either.
