We've been going to La Petite since my 6 year old was born with lip and tongue tie. And even though we moved to Morris County, NJ a year ago, I still take the trip because it is WORTH IT. Dr. Bracy, Dr. Cindy and all of their staff are absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and patient with my son. The admin staff in charge of appointments and billing are always so very helpful. Amazing pediatric dentist place. Everything is immaculate here. The waiting area is very bright and clean. Plenty of toys for the little ones to play with. They have a train table and train set, kitchen play set, dinosaurs, tea set, etc. they also have a tv playing kids movie and two iPads for kids to play with. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything here is pretty much perfect. They even give the kids balloons and take home toys afterwards. The kids can't wait to go back. read more

There is no other pediatric dentist office I would bring my child to. We went to see Dr. Bracy with my one month old son who had a tongue tie and I was so impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member we came in contact with. Since my son was so young I was so relieved when they brought us to a private room to wait so that he wouldn't be exposed to any germs in the waiting room. During our initial consultation, Dr. Bracy was very thorough and talked us through the entire procedure so we knew exactly what to expect. They provided us with so much support on the day of the procedure from having a Speech-Language Pathologist sit with us to answer any feeding questions to having Amanda clearly explain to us the after care. The procedure itself was over in a blink of an eye and Dr. Bracy personally brought our son back to us. The procedure was a total success and has healed beautifully! As I said before, I had such a positive experience with every person I came in contact with at La Petite Dent, however, I would like to especially recognize Virginia the Office Manager. She was with us from our initial consult until our last follow up. She has such a calming and welcoming presence and really put me at ease during this entire process. Amazing staff! I was putting off a dental visit for my 3 year old son who has ASD. Developmental peds suggested we go to a dentist that sedates for cleaning services. But the staff here took the time to evaluate my little guy and Dr. Chay was able to clean my son's teeth quickly and efficiently without sedation. Did I mention LPD sing songs to ease anxiety of would-be apprehensive young children (and parents with past trauma) during exams and procedures? If that doesn't wet your whistle, they offer on demand cartoons during the exam. And a comfy chair in a private room in case you need to nurse. Cleft lip, they'll fix it. Extractions with least invasive feel good, they've got you covered. In the impeccably clean and inviting lobby, there are ipads, educational toys, a train set, kitchenette....more fun to lure your children into the chair. After the brave soul emerges from the chair, your little one will get a chance to spin the carnival-style wheel for their chance at a special surprise gift! If you want to feel like a Hollywood star whose dentist only makes hours around your children then come here! On top of the top notch five star service the environment is extremely hygienic, inviting for children , and sets a peaceful tone for parents. Your child's name appears on the board the day that you are coming as a "welcome" (much like a birthday party!) Dr. Cindy saw my children that day. She met us separately to discuss proper brushing and flossing. The children were shown an oversize set of teeth, a very large funny toothbrush and floss. This was BEFOREHAND in a separate office. Dr. Cindy took us on a tour of the SUPER hygienic office. While one child waited the other played on the iPads and toys that were also incredibly clean in the waiting room. I can't begin to stress two factors with this review: cleanliness and friendliness. My children absolutely loved their experience there and my daughter wants to go more often than two times a year. It gets even better! You will be welcomed in the mail with a very nice card ....and I will not ruin the surprise on that one! Top-notch five star for this facility!! The receptionists and hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you through insurance and all types of questions. I could not wish for a better dental office My preschooler begs me to take her to the dentist because she loves this place so much. Everyone is so patient and excellent at easing the kids' anxiety. The exams are very thorough and never feel rushed. My 1yr old had his first visit today and they were wonderful with him. Each kid gets a balloon, goody bag, and chance to spin the prize wheel. I cannot get over how great this dentist office is. My girls literally love going there. They have thought of everything from coffee for the parents & a wonderful playroom setup in the waiting room to purple grape flavored gloves on the hygienist. (Seriously, the girls walk out of there like they have just been to a birthday party--balloons, grab bags & big smiles). Everyone on staff is kind and patient. (And I am walking in with three year old twins, so we are always a bit of a handful). Dr. Bracy is fabulous---she always talks me through all of my concerns and takes plenty of time to exam the girls. I wish all of my doctors office experiences were this great. Appointments are easy and they have been very good about changing dates. I have never had to wait. The office is over the top nice, clean and cheerful. Nothing but positive things to say. I had the most disappointing experience in my life at the dentist today. I took my 6 year old to get a treatment due to a toothache. I got to the office at 3:10 pm and was patiently waiting for the doctor till 3:35 pm just to find out that indeed my daughter does have a cavity but they can't do anything because they close at 4PM. What's the point to go to the dentist when you're in pain and not to get the treatment?! The manager there is just a horrible,unkind and inconsiderate human being. She told me she might get my daughter in next week. I haven't seen anything like that before. I just wasted my time and also had to pay $143.00 to confirm that my child has a cavity. The fact that I already knew. I hate to complain and never leave bad reviews but I strongly feel that it was very unfair and unkind for my child not to get the treatment she needed because of the horrible management. read more
