The pizza had a good flavor, there was something sweet on the crust or in the sauce that gave the pizza a slight honey flavor. When we called to inquire, the manager said they had only one delivery person and they were backlogged, but we would get our order soon. Shortly thereafter their "real time" app suddenly jumped all the way back to the beginning "preparation" stage, and then slowly once again moved through "cooking", "packaging", and then once out for "delivery". Not surprisingly, it again froze in the middle of the delivery stage and then, nearly 3 hours after we had placed our order, the app suddenly switched to a screen that said "tracking is no longer available". We never received a phone call or a follow up email with any explanation, other than a solicitation to complete a satisfaction survey, and we never got our order. But they did put through the charge on my credit card, which I'm going to contest tomorrow.
