This is a huge food hall/bazaar/fun/venue with many "kitchens" and many vendors. We came looking for House of Vibes food vendor to see what the hipe on the other app was all about. Located near the back this food was fun and plentiful, with huge character! They have been in the space for about 6 months but the food vendors are all inside at the back in converted shipping containers equipped with commercial kitchen equipment. We have eaten here twice, but plan to go back and get some other foods in our bellies too. Service is at the counter with a phone text to pick up. The location has some tables, also there are many more in the back area of the plaza too! You could easily find places to enjoy your meal. Our food arrived hot and tasty! Huge portion size allowed us to enjoy leftovers at home the next day. My husband loved his hamburger and fries! I loved Mac and cheese loaded with smoked meat, and bacon. Then I had a loaded baked potato with steak on my second visit! Both were huge and I easily had left overs. This reminded me of the Vietnamese plazas in the OC where there's a lot of different food stalls as well as shopping. This is a fun place to go to hang out with friends if you want to try different stalls together. It can be overwhelming. Obviously, you'll encounter several food stalls that sell the same item but they'll each taste different with their own recipe. So it can be hard to decipher which place is good. There are so many options. Best to have friends split and choose. I would suggest that when you're here, defiantly get a Fresca. They're so large and perfect to satisfy a thirst. Plenty of them do accept Apple Pay which is wonderful since I don't carry cash with me ever. They'll give you a beeper so when your foods ready, they'll notify you. read more

Absolutely love this place! They have the best food spots inside! There's plenty of options for everyone! You could literally come here with a huge group and everyone could eat something different and still sit together. There's plenty of parking! The staff at each booth is so nice and happy to take your order! I recommend trying as many spots as you can consume - but definitely try the birria pizza from za-za-za! I also highly recommend the habanero tostiaguachile from Pata Salada! It's incredible and spicy! Get you a drink or 2 from any of the booths to help with the heat! So worth it! What an AWESOME space. It's like a Latino food hall/ community center, with lots of food vendors, small shopping vendors, and other services. In the back there's also a playground for children and an arcade. There was no live music when I went but there was a huge stage and lots of seating in on the back as well. I saw an ad for live music though and can only imagine how fun it would be! My partner and I got some food from a couple spots and shared it. It was fun to walk around and explore the space! read more

The food trucks have the best Mexican food! We love the birria and the birria ramen. Meals range around $18-20 and are DELICIOUS!!! Love the variety of salsas too. When you enter La Plaza you have to go through the market stalls all the way to the back to get to the food trucks.The trucks are a bit close together, but there are plenty of tables inside the building. There's a large kids gym next to the tables which is nice. Really a hidden gem and real treat in the Aurora neighborhood! We will be back for the food because it's amazing!!!! Some construction is still underway as they develop this place, but we know it's going to get really cool as more businesses open. read more

We absolutely love La Plaza Colorado- there's so many great small businesses and food trucks inside- there's really something for everyone! We've tried multiple vendors and have really loved everything so far! All the business we've tried have been bilingual in English and Spanish and everyone is just so friendly! This is truly a community gem! During our visit this weekend, I got my nails done by Aleja at the nail salon and she is just wonderful! My family went to the NerdzKingdom event and got to see all the cool vendors and engage in the community there. We had time to hit the arcade, food trucks and playground before we left- such a great way to spend the afternoon! We got a carne asada torta, birria ramen and a quesadilla for my son. We even tried one of the sweet shops for some agua Fresca and mangonada- so refreshing and delicious We've also been to the Mercado and all the food we've gotten from there was great as well- our favorites are the bakery and fresh salsas & guacamole. I will have to say this place is almost overwhelming. I didn't expect all of the shops, foot truck, arcade, etc. It was a great way to kill some time while we waited for my car to be worked on. We decided to check it out and grab some lunch. We went to the back and walked through the food trucks. Although they all tend to have similar menus some are cheaper than others. We went to the one to the far right and order birria ramen and birria tacos. We got the food and sat inside because it was freezing out. The ramen was sooooo hot that we had to let it sit and cool down. Once it did I will say it was kind of bland. I was shocked at the lack of flavor. They do give you some onions, cilantro and limes on the side so we put all of that is and it made it much better. The birria tacos were also served with onions, cilantro and limes on the side which I added to the tacos. The consume for the tacos was much different then the one for the ramen. The taco consume tasted like crawfish boil sauce. It wasn't very good. That was fine though because the tacos were served with several salsas and I was in love with the spicy green salsa. It was thick and had some heat and tasted absolutely AMAZING with the tacos. These were the best birria tacos I have ever had. I will be back to get them again. read more

This plaza has the best Mexican food in Denver, if you're craving agua frescas, elote, birria, they have it all. I wish they had more seating considering the amount of food trucks/vendors! You will typically need to grab and go. read more

Ugh it was an absolute disaster and when I left a bad comment on @la plaza Colorados tiktok page they blocked me.how childish you guys a grown adults. When me and my family went we bought food and drinks from this one food truck with a green frog @la_rana_co and I found a dead fly in my drink and when I asked for a refund or to switch it out with something else they didn't want to.not to mention when I finally got my food after waiting for almost an hour it was completely cold. And a black dog which some people told me was one of the owners dogs was running all over the place jumping into the water fountain making a mess of water and not to mention the dog pooped on the floor and no one went to clean it up and it started drinking the place up.honestly just disgusting if I'm being honest I might just call the health department and let them know what's going on with this place. read more

I kept being told about this place by one of my old roommates and I had to come and try it for myself. It's right next to a gym so it has a shared parking lot with plenty of parking. There are food trucks out front and there's food trucks in the back as well. Walking in there are lots of vendors that have set up already. Anything from apparel, footwear, phone repair, work wear and jewelry! There are loads more. I really wanted to get some Mexican candy so I got watermelon Chamoy gummies. Watermelon is my favorite flavor of anything. I tried a few different treats, my favorite treats were the birra tacos. The drinks were insane, absolutely outrageous for sure if that's your thing. I stayed for about 2 1/2 hours and I didn't even see everything. There was live music, a bit loud but okay for the event space area next to the arcade and children's play area. Bathrooms are clean and in the area where there are tables to enjoy your food, there was constant cleaning. I will go back when more stalls start to open up. read more

Best way to describe this place is that it is a Hispanic flea market. Plenty of vendors of merchandise plus a salon and a barbershop. There is an arcade in the back next to all the food trucks A large fountain in the middle adds a decorative touch as do the colorful flags that hang from he ceiling. 4/13/24-So even though people had been making a big deal about this place it is still being built. This used to be a Kmart and the are trying to turn it into a food court and shopping experience. Right now it is still under construction and for food you still have to go to food trucks either parked out front or in the alley in the back. It was also disappointing that none of the places had prices displayed. It should be required that all vendors clearly mark their prices for customers. This would also make the vendors keep prices competitive and force them to have unique foods. I felt that each of the trucks had the same stuff for sale and it is not like other cultural food halls where the fun is the vastly different foods each stop has to offer. What was there was overpriced for small servings. Overall a disappointment, but I will try again in the fall to see what it is like with the construction down and hopefully prices will be listed. read more
