This place is gross. I had no choice but to stay. I have been driving for 12 hours straight and I once I got to the room, I wasn't leaving. It's absolutely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The remote was held together by scotch tape. The walls are disgusting. The door the room is even dirty and gross. The TV had something smeared all over it. The carpets have burns in it and look like they haven't been deep cleaned in years. Go stay at one of the other surrounding hotels. Spring an extra 10-20 bucks for something

The breakfast was full of stale bread, muffins, and bagels. The eggs tasted like powdered water. I found mold on my blueberry bagel..

We have used La Quinta's as our go-to spot to stay when we travel across country with our pup! It is a big plus that they are dog friendly and don't charge for it! I have somewhat high standards when it comes to hotels-- mainly what I am looking for is cleanliness, updates, comfy beds and good service from the staff. This particular La Quinta hasn't disappointed-- the one thing I will comment on is a few common areas in the room that they should look out for and make sure are clean!! The heater/AC is absolutely FILTHY!! There is also a lot of hair and dirt under the sink in the bathroom, gross!! Something else that doesn't make sense are the curtains-- they are SO sheer. Doesn't block any light from coming in and people can see in from the outside...not the best quality. As for everything else, I have no complaints. Beds were pretty comfortable and the staff were friendly, both over the phone and in person. I would recommend this hotel (actually not bad despite the few downsides).

Clean, inexpensive, plenty of parking, nice employees, plentiful facilities - What more do you need? Great overnight stop for a road trip.

Can't say too much about the gambling here because I didn't donate a lot but it surprised me when I…read moredid a full walkthrough and noticed that there is a second floor full of machines as well. If this is your first time in here like mine, you can explore around and find many many Nook and crannies like you've entered little rooms of machines, it's pretty neat. I'm sure it would get tiring after a while or many trips back to here. What I like about here is there are table games like most medium casinos. I would consider this as one and the table limits are low, for example, $5 as compared to $10 or $25 at large Casino like Choctaw or WinStar. Also there is a food court here (kun1 a mall) I guess for the budget-minded food consumer here instead of the expensive restaurants that amplify their menu prices. It was closed this particular Sunday but I could tell it would be a good value to eat here and not worry about going outside for something cheaper down the road. At last there are drink stations here for your beverage enjoyment pleasures because the cost is free hundred for each cup and the unique thing that I like about here is this is the only Casino where I've seen where they dispense SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM (gasp!) in a cup!!!! McDonald's has left the chat. Connected to the hotel are numerous ballrooms and hotel with a garage connected in the back but parking is ample out front as well and there is valet parking.

She explained that the charge wouldn't match at first due to how they charge cards. The charge did adjust to the proper rate later. The room I was in had 2 queen beds. I'm always worried about staying in hotels with the influx of bed bugs around in the state. I am happy to report that I checked under the sheets and in the seams, and there were no signs of any. Phew! They had an inviting indoor swimming pool, but by the time we made it back to the hotel, it was already closed. I stepped into the fitness area to make a phone call with some privacy. It was clean and even though there weren't many machines, they were well maintained and the room was clean. I liked the fact that it has a business center. Some hotels don't. The next morning we had the continental breakfast, which had no only the typical fruit/bread/pastries, but it also had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, and sausage; along with complimentary coffee and juices. It was a great stay for us. Thank you!

The sheets felt scratchy on my chest like maybe I was allergic to the detergent they used on the bedding. I told my daughter how I was feeling and that my chest was red and burning, and she said she hoped it wasn't bed bugs. Hoping for some peace of mind, I stripped the bed to inspect the seams of the mattress. I didn't find anything so I put the bed back together and tried to sleep. I only got about two hours of sleep that night before having to be up for an early morning flight home. I spent hours in that bed itching, burning, and feeling like I had bugs crawling all over me. When I woke up in the morning, I saw six raised bites clustered on my chest, which is a typical biting pattern for bed bugs. In the photo, there is a single bite at the top, and the larger spot at the bottom is five bites clustered together. There were other issues with the room like a leaky bathtub faucet and a broken coffee machine, but I'm not one to complain over small issues. If I'm able to get a good night's sleep, I'm perfectly happy. Now I'm home washing and sanitizing everything that was in that room with us and paying dry cleaning bills for the items that we couldn't put through the dryer. I'm waking up at night in my own bed feeling like there are bugs crawling on me. I think it's just the thought that I could have brought them home that's making it hard to sleep. I tried to reach the manager the day after I checked out, again the day after that, and finally three days later, I heard back from her. She said that she inspected the room and also had an exterminator come out, and they did not find any signs of bed bugs. She said that since they were not able to visually observe any bed bugs, the room was not treated and she could only give me 20% off of my stay when I had requested a full refund. She was not interested in seeing photos of my bites. She has already rented the room out to two other guests. The first did not complain about anything and the second hasn't checked out yet. This room is not severely infested enough yet to show visible signs, but there are bed bugs in there for sure that are multiplying as we speak! This was an awful thing to experience, but I am mostly disappointed with how the manager handled the situation. I will be reaching out to the booking agency, Pott. County Health Department, Choice Hotels corporate, and whoever else I can think of to let them know about my experience here.

Reminds me of the hotel that time forgot on the side of the highway a little. The pool area looked nice, but I did not get the chance to use it. Check in was easy and the room rate was cheap. Reminded by the clerk to "secure my car good" if I had anything in it, I asked if there was a problem in this area with break-ins. "Wellllllll...not really, but..." This did not give me a great vibe. Drove around to the side entrance and went in. The room I was given reminded me of a dorm room, but not quite as nice. It was clean. The air conditioning unit in the room sounded like it was powered by an aircraft engine and was trying to rattle its way out of the wall. Upon entry I noticed an immediate odor of mildew or some other type of damp, stale smell. The furniture in the room was definitely very old and a little on the crappy side. You could tell that the desk had seen some water damage and someone had just stapled the laminate back onto a warped and bubbling side of the particle board leg/side. Gross. Bathroom was clean, but only a bar of soap provided, no shampoo/conditioner...etc. Television in the room was an old school CRT type TV that I haven't seen since the 80s. This place could use a serious facelift. I could not force myself to stay there for the night. I packed my things back into the car and drove back around to the front desk. I mentioned my concerns and politely asked for a refund. The front desk clerk apologized and was very friendly while providing my refund (which requires you to fill out a manual form after everything else in the process is computer-driven). If you are someone who requires absolute zero amenities and can skimp on air quality for the sake of a super cheap room then this might be an okay spot for you. I just couldn't do it.
