They don't have fitted sheets so if you actually ARE an aggressive sleeper you will find yourself wrapped up in multiple microfiber cheap sheets with the mattress bare. Phew! They had an inviting indoor swimming pool, but by the time we made it back to the hotel, it was already closed. I stepped into the fitness area to make a phone call with some privacy. Bathroom was clean, but only a bar of soap provided, no shampoo/conditioner...etc. Television in the room was an old school CRT type TV that I haven't seen since the 80s. This place could use a serious facelift. I could not force myself to stay there for the night. I packed my things back into the car and drove back around to the front desk. I mentioned my concerns and politely asked for a refund. The front desk clerk apologized and was very friendly while providing my refund (which requires you to fill out a manual form after everything else in the process is computer-driven). If you are someone who requires absolute zero amenities and can skimp on air quality for the sake of a super cheap room then this might be an okay spot for you. I just couldn't do it.

Eventually someone answered the hotel phone with a super rude "hello??" as if it was his personal phone and acted VERY unprofessional toward us the entire check in process. ALSO, when we booked online through hotels.com the website stated "pets welcome, NO FEE". HOWEVER, when we checked in they charged us a $20 pet fee. The room REEKS of dog piss and cigarettes.
