Imagine, 96 degree heat in Oklahoma with no air conditioning. Gross. Woke up sweaty and miserable after the worst sleep. The beds, the springs can be felt. The sheets are cheap. They don't have fitted sheets so if you actually ARE an aggressive sleeper you will find yourself wrapped up in multiple microfiber cheap sheets with the mattress bare. The best thing about our stay was the night staff lady and the breakfast lady. They are both extremely kind and as helpful as they could be.

She explained that the charge wouldn't match at first due to how they charge cards. The charge did adjust to the proper rate later. The room I was in had 2 queen beds. I'm always worried about staying in hotels with the influx of bed bugs around in the state. I am happy to report that I checked under the sheets and in the seams, and there were no signs of any. Phew! They had an inviting indoor swimming pool, but by the time we made it back to the hotel, it was already closed. I stepped into the fitness area to make a phone call with some privacy. It was clean and even though there weren't many machines, they were well maintained and the room was clean. I liked the fact that it has a business center. Some hotels don't. The next morning we had the continental breakfast, which had no only the typical fruit/bread/pastries, but it also had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, and sausage; along with complimentary coffee and juices. We called multiple times and even tried banging on the doors and windows. Eventually someone answered the hotel phone with a super rude "hello??" as if it was his personal phone and acted VERY unprofessional toward us the entire check in process. ALSO, when we booked online through hotels.com the website stated "pets welcome, NO FEE". HOWEVER, when we checked in they charged us a $20 pet fee. The room REEKS of dog piss and cigarettes. We even tell him we have a special needs child and is taking us a little longer he continues to verbally abuse us . His daughter was extremely discourteous as well and unacceptable . Never go to this place - it is pretty unheard of to treat people like this.
