We ordered mac & cheese fries, carne asada fries, fried pickles, sandwiches, and drinks -- and every single one of us had something to complain about, which is rare for our group because we usually don't complain. The mac & cheese fries especially were rough. The macaroni wasn't even mixed together -- it felt like plain noodles thrown on fries with cheese dumped on top. Way too much pepper and almost no actual flavor. The guacamole was so sour it made one of the kids unable to eat his food, and he's the type of kid who eats basically everything. For the amount of time we waited (around 45 minutes), we expected the food to at least come out hot and worth the price, but unfortunately it just wasn't. The free chips and salsa while waiting was a nice gesture, but one tiny portion for five kids and three adults didn't really help much. The girls working there were sweet, but overall the service felt disconnected. Two cups of water got spilled and no one noticed or offered help. Toward the end of the meal they told us the arcade games in the back were free, which was nice, but by then the kids had already played because the food took so long. The fancy robots and tech are cool, but they don't make up for the lack of care going into the food.
