When she called and explained exactly what happened, the worker said she would speak to the manager. The manager's response was that there was nothing they could do. Nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers. Any half decent restaurant would have replaced the food or offered credit immediately. It is basic customer service. Instead they chose to take our money and do absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. This was careless, unprofessional, and handled with zero accountability. Losing loyal customers over something so simple to fix is embarrassing. We will not be coming back and I would seriously question ordering from here unless you are okay paying for food you might not even receive.
