It was a pretty simple document: a bi-fold document laid out on 8.5" x 11" paper in landscape mode. Continental Signs installed a sign at my property. They were courteous and the sign looks…read moreprofessional. However, after a couple weeks the sign did not have electricity coming to it. They came out once to inspect it for free, but then had a $250 diagnostics charge for the second visit when we could not figure out what the problem was. I had to hire an electrician afterwards to resolve the sign not getting electricity. When I called the company to discuss this issue the gentleman on the phone was polite but firm that they could not waive the $250 diagnostics fee. While I understand the need for a company to not lose money on their work I do not feel a $250 fee for a few minutes of follow up work for a customer that spent thousands of dollars on a sign was justified.
