HONEST REVIEW: We…read morewere on a family cruise this past weekend and wanted to do some tourisy things while our ship was at the Ensenada port. I found Jorge's information on Yelp and had messaged him, requesting for infomation on his services. Jorge was prompt and advised me on my options and made recommendations that made sense. Our tour was on Sunday morning @ 9:30am. We had a specific meeting area (which jorge had emailed me photos of and clear instructions to) and it was an easy walk from the port exit. The van was more than enough space to accomodate our group of 8 people. Jorge was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He drove us to the famous "La Bufadora", while giving us a city tour of the areas we were driving through. When we got to the blowhole, we walked through the marketplace and did some shopping where Jorge was able to translate and make cheaper dealings for us. We then stuffed our faces at the famous "Lydia's Tacos", where Jorge was able to take our orders so we didn't have to wait in the long line. He even served us and made the experience so much easier. We then drove to a local winery tasting in the city and visited the "Beverly Hills" of the city, where we were able to look down to the entire city from atop. Jorge kept asking if we wanted to go anywhere else but my family members were all sluggish and we decided to get back on the ship. Our experience was a 10/10, "Five stars", a "two thumbs up". We had a great time thanks to Jorge. If you are thinking of touring Ensenada, Jorge is your guy. Even my frugal parents kept saying to tip him =) LOL.

It is located right by Santana High School, which they open for parking and bathrooms! So there will always be a spot to park, even if it's a little far. We usually drive it though, since it's like one huge circle of a street. There's beautifully lit houses, light shows, art, and blow ups out! A good portion of the houses also had stands in front of them where they sold hot chocolate, tameles (one of the best I've ever had), macrons, kettle corn, cup of noodles, hot apple cider, and other holiday snacks! You can drive it as many times as you want, just look out for people walking! I highly recommend this is a free holiday must see in San Diego.

"Manana" is the attitude here and don't waste your time rushing the locals... you should be doing as they do :D Another noticeable will be the massive drop in food cost! There used to be a collection of small homes…read morewith shorter doorways and windows/ceilings lower to the ground...homes built for little people to live in. It was cool to see accesible housing. This home...I actually don't think it is even that. The house looks like a normal home, and WOW it is extremely difficult to even see this house. The road to get here is extremely steep, NARROW, fast-moving with irritated drivers, and absolutely no parking. There is also a lot of construction going on throughout the road. I really don't recommend wasting your time or gas money coming here.

I ADORE that small creators and artists are able to set up, sell and showcase their creations, hobbies and interests at any given day. Went on a Monday but still saw stands where they sold cookies in forms of iconic characters (Hello Kitty, Anime, etc), stickers (3 for $10 pesos (=0.50 USD cents, what a deal!), books, wood carvings, musicians, gems, art, etc, etc. It's a nice little display of a taste of the cultural heart Tijuana holds. Also saw these Hello Kitty ponchos and thought they were the cutest things!!! I love that this area is still open and thriving for all after all these years.
