I am highly disappointed with my experience here and will NEVER come back. I went in to try this salon for a basic pedicure, but the service was completely rushed and overpriced. All they did was soak my feet in water, remove my old polish, and apply new paint. They charged me $20 for a basic pedicure, an extra $25 for another basic pedicure charge, and $15 for gel toes. And 45 for gel manicure, and the Tip on top of those high prices, they added a $3.15 fee just for paying with a card. Paying that much money for a service that did not even include proper foot care is terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I was so hopeful. I've had good experiences here so I figured I would treat myself for my birthday to a pedicure. The actual pedicure lasted 15 mins. It was so rushed. So rushed to the point where I was sandwiched between two people who were there before me and I was done before them. The free drink is usually good but it was just juice. I asked her to cut the edge of my nail and it is sharp and she said she couldn't do that. Meanwhile the guy next to me asked for the same thing and his tech spent 5 mins working on it. My nail tech was gone for a month and I decided to give this place a go as I used to come here years ago at its old location. The place is clean and modern where they offer complimentary drinks, which is a great touch. The staff was warm and welcoming. I had Bill, who did an excellent job. Been here several times now and the last three appointments have had multiple issues. On one occasion, I had to reschedule my appointment so I called, rescheduled, and received confirmation. I showed up on the new date/time, and they said I had no appointment so I ended up having to wait like a walk-in. For the second occasion, I booked a dip mani and a pedicure (like I always do). They had to reschedule me because the tech I had requested was no longer available. I showed up to my new scheduled appointment, and they only had me scheduled for a fill. It turned into a huge deal that I had actually wanted a color change on my dip mani and a pedicure. They also were gonna charge me for far more than I have paid in the past for the same services. When I brought up the issue at the end of the appointment, the receptionist's response was, "well, did you end up getting what you wanted?" As if there was no issue. On the most recent visit, I had scheduled an appointment with a requested tech, and when I showed up, they said no tech was assigned to the appointment. I'm not sure why it's so hard to book an appointment and get what you requested for. The staff (other than the tech I always request) also doesn't really care to make the experience better. Also, the massages along with the pedicures are really just a prolonged application of moisturizer - there's no actual massage going on. Nice place but the staff is not overly friendly. Not sure why it's a challenge to be consistent with quality. Each time I go there, different level of quality of dip nails is given. Cloudy finish. Polish on your skin. Bubbles. Edges chip quickly. Never had this problem at other places. I don't appreciate when they speak in a different language to each other. I got a full acrylic set done on December 20 and they were already falling off after one day. I then called and spoke to a manager who told me to come back for a free repair. I came back within the 6-day period (as stated in their policy) and got my repair done, but then again, all my nails were falling off. I called back on December 26 and spoke to the manager again who told me to come back before the New Year, and they would redo the entire set for free for the inconvenience. I came back on December 31 (before the New Year like I was told) for my new set and I was greeted by 2 females at the front who told me I was not able to get my free set like I was told. Instead of speaking to a higher authority or figuring out what manager I spoke to over the phone, or simply offering to do the free full set for the miscommunication, they told me I had to pay for the entirety of my full set and the repair. I am more than highly disappointed in the lack of understanding and quality & I do not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

The salon is immaculate, comfortable, smells great and good service. It's my first time so clearly no relationship has been established the hostess however is very talkative, pleasant and personable. Terrible place to go and get nail enhancements!! My daughter got her nails done on Sunday and by Tuesday they were lifting. She also had 2 nails break. We went back in on Friday because I didn't have time during the week. The owner was very rude, he said it didn't matter it was like getting into a car accident the car is damaged you have to fix it! I said ok well we would like for you to fix it we waited about 20min which was fine but then he said he couldn't do the nail design she had gotten because the tech that does special designs was not there. The tech that took my daughter back said she can glue the nails that are lifting. The thing is when a nail starts lifting you chance water getting under them and it can cause fungus to grow I asked for them to be redone not glued. The owner proceeded to walk over to my daughter and tell her it was her fault her set of nails was messed up. I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else that will do her nails properly, the owner in a loud tone said no refund here. Worst customer service I have encountered at any establishment. I paid over $100 for this specific set of nails. I highly recommend if you want quality lasting nails you make an appointment or go to Tonyas or Mary's it's a bit further out but worth it! BEWARE! I purchased 3 $40 gift cards for mother's day as gifts. All 3 of the moms I gave this as a gift had issues with using their cards. One was told it was expired, one was told it was blank and the third wasn't able to use it at all. I provided my credit card statement as proof of purchase but they wanted a full blown receipt which I threw out. The girl behind the counter was helpful but the owner blamed the customer for having the blank gift card even though they stated they got a new system since this was issued. Unfortunately they had to pay for their service which is just terrible! The owner was not helpful at all with the the card THEY didn't run correctly. I do not normally take the time to write reviews. However, this place is DANGEROUS. (See attached photos). This is a but long but if you are concerned about your nail health please read this review: I had my nails done here for several months and the fact that the customer service is bad or the fact that the work isn't that great aren't the reasons I am writing this review. My nails started feeling hot under the acrylics and dip polish. I was concerned so I asked if after SIX MONTHS It was time for a new set. The nail tech said "no". She had just been replacing tips as they fell off. Which was time consuming and something I'd never experienced but I went with it at the time. A few days later they were really hurting so I went somewhere else since they claimed to not be able to fit me in. I had the acrylics removed and the women who did it was shocked. The LA Nail tech had not been removing all the dip each time and there were layers of color under and around the acrylic. FOUR of my nails had the beginning of infections that were thankfully caught early, thanks to this new and meticulous nail tech. DO NOT GO HERE. I questioned the cleanliness and methods along the way and should have gone with my gut earlier. Now I go to another local spot that is the same price. I went once before tonight and I had the best experience! I thought it was pricey, but you got what you paid for so I decided to go again. I called at 4 (last minute I know) and they were able to get me in at 6. I got there at 5:50PM. I signed myself in at the kiosk and waited 30 minutes with no communication before I got up to ask for an update / see if the kiosk signed me in. As soon as I stood up, they called my name. I just wanted a simple light white square nail. I showed the tech, Tammy, a picture and she turned my phone away and snapped at me "no. I need the number of the color you choose" I said, "oh sorry I have NEVER had to give one before unless it was a specific color (I've gotten my nails done over a hundred times)! She continues to tell me that she needs a specific number for the color I want. I actually almost cried! I couldnt believe this - right from the start. They usually offer you a beverage, etc. as well and she didn't even do as much as saying hello and how I was doing. For the money you pay at this salon (higher end) you would expect better treatment. So she hands me literally 3 gel color samples and I ask her for more and she tells me there is no more, and that they do not have the color I want. The customer next to me gave me another sample in hopes of helping me but none of the samples had the color. at the front reception there is literally a basket with dozens of color options so I knew she was being catty with me. The entire time I was getting my nails done she was extremely assertive, and seemed very annoyed and that everything I do she is doing as charity. I literally sat there and had to try so hard not to cry. It is very hard to be assertive with designs, colors, shapes, etc. when you do not know the person and when you are paying a lot of money for something that will be grown out in 2 weeks I expected more! She then tried to charge me extra for square nails which I had The receptionist agree was not acceptable and took it off of the price. I totally get their is a culture barrier with different people and I am MORE than accepting of everyone - but this was straight up wrong. No one should be feeling this way after getting something that is supposed to make you feel / look more confident. We waited for a while for the massage and when we finally got an employees attention after being ignored several times we were informed that we would not get the massage due to COVID. Fair enough. But when going to pay were charged the full amount even tho we were not given the massage. This was the most rushed pedicure I've ever gotten and I certainly don't know why when they barely had any customers at all. The massage is supposed to be 10 minutes not 3. Got the basic pedicure with my Mamma and Nonna. The women I had was very sweet and very good. She did an amazing job. Some of them were harsh but they were also very busy. The girl my Nonna had didn't even paint her whole toe and was rushing. Other than that, a very nice place. When you first walk in they ask u to instantly wash ur hands.
