They people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is one glitch too funny not to mention though. They keep sending my dad emails and texts every few weeks saying he's got laundry that needs to be picked up or it will become theirs as they've help it for over 200 days. They say they don't actually have anything on hold for my parents and that it's a glitch in their system, but they can't figure out how to fix it. My rents just have to deal with endless texts and emails about wayward clothes for the rest of their lives I guess.
