I got the lengua, tripa, and tropo. They were all different and delicious. The lengua was so tender. I loved the crispiness of the tripa. The tropo was somewhere in between. All three were well seasoned and I could just eat the meat by itself. I'm trying to figure out when I'll go back. Maybe tomorrow?

Second--and this is a hill I'm willing to die on--I ordered a Diet Coke and was told they only serve Coke Zero. I'm sorry, but those are not the same thing. Every Diet Coke fan understands this. It was so loud that carrying on a conversation was difficult, and even hearing our waitress required her to lean in right next to us.
