This is a smaller, more intimate restaurant, so definitely make reservations ahead of time because seating is limited. But from the second you walk in to the moment you leave, the service is absolutely incredible. The staff makes the entire experience feel so warm and welcoming that you genuinely don't want the night to end. Huge shoutout to the chef because every single dish was executed flawlessly. You can tell that every detail on each plate was intentional and thoughtfully done. The standout dishes for me were the elote ribs, which were unreal, the grilled octopus cooked perfectly tender, and the ceviche con leche de tigre, which was bright, fresh, and packed with flavor. But the real star of the night was the whole branzino absolutely phenomenal. And for dessert? Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the options. We ordered one of each for the table and genuinely could not pick a favorite because every single one was that good. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we had in Puerto Rico.

Not going well for a Saturday night fine dining experience, right??? We were also told at that time we had to place appetizer and main orders at the same time -- keep in mind I've not yet placed a drink order... No seafood tower... it was retired on the menu yet we came almost 3,000 miles for it), and a fine dining menu that came super far from even being close to fine. No celiac options and while billed a great option for fresh inventive dishes, we found this place a huge let down and not willing to try. The front end staff needed a lot of help. The menu looks unrehearsed and neglected. I was glad to not spend my money here. Thankfully, we could leave before the $50 bottle of wine we ordered arrived. We went elsewhere!

I never had a bad drink here out of the two nights and many drinks had. The layout is amazing with multiple rooms, bars, and DJs. Anything from techno, pop mixes, to latin. Yes i did salsa with the love of my life. No that has no influence on my review haha. Definitely recommend for a night out!! During the weekday we didn't have a line but it was still full inside. On a Friday we had a short line at 10:30 and it was packed.

One room, the main area had salsa, dancing, and music and eventually at 9:30 PM a live salsa band came on. That was a whole lot of fun however it was very crowded. The second room had a nice house music going on. There was a bar and a DJ and it was not as busy as the main area was. And the third room was the bar that leads to the outside called La Cubanita, which was playing mellow lounge music with a tropical beat. The food at La Factoria was definitely overrated and just OK. I did not think it was worth the price and I probably would not eat there again. None of us really liked what we ordered, but we ate it because well... We were hungry. They do offer a wide range of beverages from your standard beer, wine, and top shelf brands, however, they are known for their own concoctions. All of the drinks we ordered were delicious. Overall, we had fun, and it was not too pricey for the beverages. I don't think that I would ever go again, especially not later in the week as it is so busy, and we went on a Monday and we were dancing cheek to cheek!!! Enjoy!

None of the drinks smelled too strong of alcohol but we definitely felt them after a few sips which helped the ambiance. There was live music and also background music for when the singer needed breaks. While we were there it appears they were filming advertisement around the restaurant with who we assumed was La Flaka. So we tried to stay out of the cameras was as much as possible. We ordered two appetizers and 1 entre to share. The tostones de chicharrón were absolutely perfect- crispy savory and balanced. The arancini relleno lacked moisture and sauce. The entre of the braised short ribs was a surprise. It was MASSIVE it came with a small dice of mash potatoes and also fried potato cubes which to us was a weird consent and could have been balanced with something else. They braised short rice had a lot of fat that still needed to be rendered. Service was attentive. They made sure we had refreshments throughout the night since the food took longer than expected as the restaurant was packed .
