After two hours I asked how much longer and the receptionist just told me he is very thorough. After four hours of waiting, I asked if they can go check and see how much longer it will be. They came back and said shouldn't be much longer they are doing the windows, let's have you pay. So I paid, $75 and went and waited outside. A man came outside and said "hey sugar" "hey mam" then I looked to see if he was speaking to me and he was. He said normally detailed vehicles aren't dropped off, and I said I was willing to wait the two hours. He then proceeded to tell me that it sometimes takes 8 and they never have people waiting for a detail to be done. I told him all I needed was that communicated and it would've be fine. Job was definitely not worth waiting 4hrs.

I found this nearby O'Reilly, and thought I'd just get a Fix A Flat can and be on my way. The employee recommended a more intense tire repair kit with a plug to be shoved in to seal the hole. I was going to attempt it on my own, since that's what I do, but the employee was super helpful and offered to help me. He was amazing, and I finished up with my tire inflator to get the PSI up. My tire made it the remaining 10 hours, and the 13 hours back, and is still in great shape. O'Reilly was the best part of my road trip!!

They knew that I needed a tire changed (I had a spare) and air to be inserted into a flat tire on my loaded trailer. After waiting 3 hours for them to arrive, they sent a truck that did not have an air hose nor a heavy duty Jack to raise my trailer up (that they knew prior was loaded) to replace the shredded tire with a spare. Totally useless, a waste of my time and theirs and I definitely do not recommend them.
