I was new to vaping and my knowledge was very poor. They make you feel welcomed. Alex and Nathan helped me with getting a Novo 2. When he rung me up i was surprised on the price. Was told about this place by one of my friends and I've been coming here ever since. The owners Berj & Sako are knowledgable about the hardware and provide really great customer service. They have a very good tasting bar, and allow you to taste any flavor, unlike some places that only have 10-15 flavors (Pink Spot). It's a really laid back place. No pressure selling unlike places in Los Angeles. They also will take the time to explain how everything works and make sure you understand the differences in the different types of hardware - they want whats best for you. Parking lot is on the smaller size, but it hasnt been problem for me. Theres also street parking too. They have a good selection of hardware and I hear they are getting more items. They have a huge selection of ejuice available, and they actually taste like what they say it does. Pricing is very competitive and most of the time lower than other shops. Customer service is great here. If you're into the vape scene I would definitely hit this place up. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards card too! read more

Selection Varieties: I was so excited to see all types of e-cigs, mods, juices, and accessories they carried. It took awhile to make my decisions, because they have the hottest, and newest products. I was indecisive in choosing what kind of mods to use, but they are very patient with me. Customer Service: Sako, Avo, and Berj are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in town to visit my boyfriend and forgot to bring my vape :( Luckily, my babe introduced me to LA Vapor Works. I decided to purchased a purple Nemesis and a matching Kayfun setup with other accessories. Berj took the time and effort to teach me how to build the Kayfun, and answered millions of my questions. Staff there are always so helpful and easy to talk too. No one talks down to you or judges you. No one acts as if they are MR SUPER MECH MOD or MS. SUB OHM WOMAN. When I walk into this store they ask me straight out if I need help. The best part is when you say "I am just looking" or "I need a minute to figure out what I am looking for." They don't jump on you and demand you tell them what you need, or hover right over you smiling and nodding like some insane starved vape fiend waiting for you to throw some scraps. They are the best at finding or trying to find the Vape you need or if you give them some hints about the item you forgot the name of. They are like Vape magicians! Absolute trash. New to vaping so based on reviews, I gave this one a shot. I saw the Pax 2 available and here on yelp it says $125. Dude said he will "cut me a deal" and go $185. I asked about the Yelp ad and he about cr@pped himself getting caught. Against my judgement, I continue the transaction. I then ask for an economical starter e-liquid vape to see if I like it. I was offered the Smok stix x8 for $80. Not knowing any better, I took it. Pax still is fine but Smok pen died within a few days. To make matters worse, I found this thing running in the $35-40 range!!!!!! I actually just bought a replacement for $27 at another Vape shop. Don't come here if you don't know what you want or new to vaping. They will take you and your wallet for a ride!!!! read more

If you want quality, trusted vape products with the most awesome customer service, then this is YOUR place! I have been going to LAVaporworks for over 3 years now, and I don't regret a single item ive ever bought! Every juice they sell is made in the USA, so you know your vaping on actually good products. They have a huge surplus of juices, along with a plethora of box mods, salt nic juuls, and other peripherals! The owners are super down to earth and let you chill in their shop too! The place has such a cool vibe to it, and they constantly update the store, including what they sell, based on customer feedback! I recommend everyone to go shop there, or at the very least, check out what they have to offer! This place needs a lot more love and credit! 100% satisfied with products & customer service. I never come out of this place disappointed. I came across this place after doing some research on yelp on locations that carry my favorite juice. The place I went to prior to this closed down and I needed to stock up. As soon as I came through the door, everyone was very friendly. Their products are great! They have their own juice line that I can honestly say tops most of the popular, well known juices. They introduced me to one of their juices that has yet to hit the shelves and I stocked up on it. It's called "Peach Rings" and the flavor is right on the money of the gummy candy. They've also introduced me to "Papas Milk" which taste exactly like the regular condensed milk, and I haven't stopped vaping it ever since. I love the hospitality and atmosphere at this place, so I've become a regular here. I honestly don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on. They have deals when you buy from their juice line. 3-$20. They also take care of you like family here. I came in with a bad battery and when they saw it, they took it from me and replaced it with a brand new one. I usually go to Avo and Sako for all my vaping needs and they never fail me. Alex is an awesome guy. He really takes his time making solid recommendations based off your flavor palette. He is constantly updating his inventory and trying different things. He also recently dropped the prices on all of his juice, making it very comparable with online prices. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I always like coming to the shop and just saying hi. It's further than other vape shops but the customer service and friendliness of the staff make up for the extra little drive.
