This Place Is Seriously The WORST smoke shop i have EVER been to! We Bought A "PERFECTION PEN" frome here in other words a "G PEN" for wax. However , it did NOT come Brand New , None Of them Looked Like it , scratches and all . I purchased a HYPE bar from this location on 5/22/21 with the 2,000+ puffs, which usually will last me at least 3 weeks. This one ran out on me on 5/28/21, which was six days. Grant you im an occasional smoker who usually only has to purchase two a month give or take. FYI i have experienced defective puff bars in the past, and have had it exchanged in all other locations i have gone too. This is a known issue. I called this location, and as soon as i told this young lady my problem. She automatically said sorry no exchanges or refunds, even before i can explain my issue. Before i even had the chance to respond, she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to confront her, and she said she didn't hear a response so she hung up. Which was literally two seconds. I tried telling her my issue again, and that its pretty common. She said she never heard of the issue before, and they cant exchange it because everyone would be coming in saying that theirs is defective, implying that i may be lying. I told her thanks for nothing, and hung up the phone. Anyways this the worst customer service experience i've had in a while. So much that i don't even write reviews on yelp, and took the time to write this one. The clerk went out of his way to show me different options on the internet, but I decided to get the Easy Vape that was in stock. I paid $65 while it's about $110 on the internet, so that's a pretty good bargain and that's their regular price.
