I kept getting ads for La Vaquita Flea Market, and honestly, I love a flea market so I had to check this place out. It's a bit of a haul from Atlanta so I got up early one weekend and made the hour drive over to La Vaquita. While I'll say, I enjoyed my trip, I don't know if I absolutely loved it or would tell people to run here. Parking was easy to navigate through and I got a spot easily. Now, inside (and outside) really has everything, BUT I will say, this is a flea market in every sense of the word. It has a lot of junk, I mean that in the best (and I suppose, worst) way. I just didn't find the majority of the items that were being sold to be the best quality or really be anything I needed or wanted to buy. The highlight here is the food. Whether it's the large food court or the random stands that are throughout the flea market. You should by no means leave here hungry or thirsty. I think this is a great place if you want knock-off items such as labubus and things like that, but if you're looking for quality materials/goods, I would not pick them up here. read more

Food court options are many and varied! Many stalls with different options. Food was very tasty and pricing was okay. Be mindful that some of the vendors both in the market and the food courts don't all accept credit cards so be sure to have cash on hand! In the market, the vendors have all sorts of merchandise from one of a kind handmade items , fresh fruit and nuts, to electronic and jewelry. We packed in the car this morning and went on a Lafufu hunt! My kiddo's birthday is coming up and she is into Hello Kitty & Labubus and as part of the invitation box I thought it'd be fun to include a Lafufu! We went around 10 and it was hopping they have an indoor shopping area with a variety of different stores stocking everything from kids clothing to jewelry to leather goods and western wear to fresh produce outside. We found several goodies at 8A Trading. The woman there is so sweet and gave us the best deal! She had a large variety of items at her stall and trust me when I say my kiddo wanted to look at all of them lol. At other stalls further down we found cute plush Labubus in a variety of colors I am going to have to go back and snag some because they are too stinking cute!! I wouldn't really call this place a flea market. It's a Temu warehouse with extremely inflated prices. The bathrooms were filthy. The patrons are pushy, rude and do not respect personal space. Loud and overwhelming. No antiques. Just a lot of mass produced crap. The few vendors in there with clean, organized, original products shouldn't set up shop there. I won't be back. read more

This is such an interesting indoor flea market~ more like an upscale flea market mostly selling new stuffs or custom order items. It's overwhelming! From toys, jewelries, silverware, clothings, cell phone accessories, custom phone cases, custom order canvas pictures, tools, traditional cultural items etc. to fresh fruits, breads, snacks. Oh and pets! My friend got her toy puppy a few years back during the COVID, and she said they still come look at the puppies, birds, and animals all the time. Food court offer authentic Mexican food. I love to find out they sell fresh cane juices! One of the Cuban coffee place is pretty good. I got a custom made laser dog tag for $15 (both sides). It was done in 10mins. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, with music playing, delicious smells from the food vendors, and tons of unique booths to browse. Spent yesterday there and it is very large that is for sure. You need a map to find your way around the place without getting confused. There are many aisles to go down but there is not a lot of variety after you sit back and think about it. It just seems the order is changed in the different aisles. There are many tools to chose from as you walk the aisles. Not sure I would trust the warranty on any of these items you purchase. You can buy a variety if animals while you are there from dogs, cats, geese, chickens , reptiles, etc....... Also an amusement area for the children to expend some energy. Food court is excellent many Hispanic options we selected the street tacos from one of the food booths and they were excellent. Churros we had were outstanding we had plenty of them. This is one interesting place to say the least. Do yourself a huge favor and set the expectation bar low. That way if you find something neat or useful you'll feel much better. It isn't fancy and teeters between flea market, garage sale, and farmers market. When I was there I saw several fresh fruit stands that had decent prices. I also saw a ton of cheap plastic goods and items that were not my style. On the plus side I did score some pure shea butter and black soap at a good price. They have a mix of everything and repeats of popular items. You can get a tattoo here if you are feeling it The people watching here is OFF THE CHARTS. Wow and what a busy busy place LA VAQUITA Flea Market is. A long long drive on a Sunday brought us to this stadium sized parking lot. I said good luck finding a parking spot since we had big trucks and family SUVs in front and behind us. Lucky, we parked by 3rd Ave side and near the foodcourt. This is one giant market under a roof where families shop shoulder to shoulder from hundreds of vendors. Be prepared to do a lot of walking...see the giant models of black and white cows.. Find everything here from plants to exotic foods, from toys to pets. Languages you hear are many, representing cultures of our small world. The foodcourt is one big happy family gathering. Find a table can be challenging but everyone is eager to help. Bring cash!!! We chose to follow the hispanic crowd and ordered caldo Pozole, a bunch of meaty Tacos, shrimp cocktails, enchiladas, rice, beans, sweet horchata and bottled drinks. A festival atmosphere. We needed a sweet after the meal and found freshly made mini donuts at the front end of LA VAQUITA. This was a great experience and we learned it is open on Saturday and on Sunday only. Sunday is the busiest day because it is a day off and a great way for a family outing. We made a note to come back on a Saturday and hope we avoid the challenges of parking and people and places to see. LA VAQUITA Flea Market was worth the long drive. read more

I decided to eat here at the Food Court and what a huge mistake that was. I drank some coconut juice, sugarcane juice, and some real mango slushy. I also had 3 mini tacos and approximately 12 hours later, my stomach started hurting and I had to use the restroom like 3-4 times. Don't remember the last time I got so sick from eating/drinking somewhere. I am not sure what caused it, I prolly drank too many different kinds of drinks. Lol The flea market is decent as they have an assortment of items. The highlights were: cute little puppies, baby bunnies, cute little chickens, and tiny baby ducks. They also have a lot of fruit trees for good prices. I definitely will be back again to check out the pets but not to eat/drink anything from there. read more

Signs say they have a bunch of stalls. They are just the same repeating stalls. They are also selling everything at retail prices. Why drive there if you can just buy on Amazon for the same price and also get the option to return defective products. The smell is really bad and the people aren't very friendly. However, non of this is as bad as the clear animal abuse with multiple large puppies in small cages. Most of them look terrible and don't move. It is so sad to see this kind of treatment to animals. The Pendergrass Flea Market is a massive flea market. At 250,000 square feet, it's the largest in Georgia. It's located in the city of Pendergrass, which is about an hour north of Atlanta, at I-85 exit 137. Open only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm, this market gets absolutely packed. Dealing with the enormous crowds detracts from the shopping experience. The flea market has both indoor and outdoor spaces. The majority of the stores and booths are located indoors. The layout of the market is, for the most part, straightforward. There is one main corridor, named "Main St," which connects all the other corridors, named "1st Ave." to "8th Ave." Vendors are attracted to the flea market for its inexpensive table and space rental rates. You can find all sorts of random things here including clothing, shoes, jewelry, food, toys, tools, TVs, video games, movies, music, rugs, carpet, household goods, chiropractic services, window tinting, lawn equipment, doors, and more. Most of the items for sale are cheap junk and interesting finds are few and far between. A used video game store had genuine NES-101 model systems for sale for $110 each. Nintendo 64s were $55 each. This is a family-friendly market with a petting zoo and amusement park style attractions and games. There's an indoor pool where you can get inside large inflatable floating balls. There's a gimmicky ring toss game that suckers customers into giving away their hard-earned money. There's a pet store where you can purchase cute little puppies. There's a mobile budget vet who provides discounted veterinarian services. On the flip side, there's a livestock shed where you can buy chickens, roosters, newborn chicks, ducks, and peacocks. There's a giant food court with mostly Hispanic eateries (most of the flea market's clientele is Hispanic). There is one Asian food court stall, simply named "Asian Food," that sells typical Chinese food court cuisine, but also Vietnamese pho noodle soup and Taiwanese-inspired bubble tea (!). Check 'em out. The food court has live Hispanic music too. You can find unique food, drink, and produce. Some of the Mexican stalls sell spicy sauce-covered mangoes, which are rather tasty. Some of the Mexican stalls outside sell freshly pressed sugarcane juice and coconut water. You can watch the workers quickly and expertly chop and cut fresh stalks of sugarcane. If you want, you can buy chunks of sugarcane and chew and suck the juices out. The workers also have a neat way of cutting the coconuts where they completely remove the hard outer shell, but leave the soft inner shell intact. Whoa. Most of the produce is Mexican. There are some rare Asian vegetables which you can get for a great deal. To summarize, unless flea markets and cheap quality goods are your thing, one visit to the Pendergrass Flea Market should suffice. read more

This is definitely the biggest flea-market in Georgia!!!! Find the big cow and you've made it! The parking is simple and there are multiple entrances. You can definitely get lost in this place! Staff is friendly (if they know English).. it is packed in this place! Mask is not required but encouraged... Know let's talk about the amazing puppy stand! Tri-creek kennels is the company but there shirts might say "the pet shop". There booth is clean and all puppies are separated and in their own crates by breeds.I Met a lady almost a year ago in a farmers market in Atlanta that told me she got her beautiful teacup puppy from the biggest flea market in Georgia.. she didn't remember the name though. I did my research, and I'm happy I did!!! This place is huge.. I did my research on Tri creek kennels and had to go see for myself, I found there booth and it was amazing!! They didn't want you to come in until you were ready to purchase.. I liked that because it is a virus and animals are not immune to it.. and it causes stress when everyone want to pet them.. I bought a pomchi for a family. They give you doggy bowls and two types of food and instructions and emergency contacts and history of puppy.. Chris is so knowledgeable on all breeds!!! I called him a day later because the puppy pooped out a roundworm but she just had been dewormed the day prior.. this staff works well together and it shows... It has been at least a decade since I've been here. Because I was going to a friend's wedding in Commerce, I decided to stop by cause why not? Mostly for memories. Located off Exit 137 off I-85 North. Pendergrass Flea Market is only open on weekends. You see billboards advertised for miles about being the largest flea market in Georgia. I do know a lot of SC come to it. I even know some vendors that come here on weekends. Parking is free. It gets crowded but you could ALWAYS find parking. I drove around to the far right side and found several parking spaces. It is near where the kiddie section is. Walking in, memories came back with the flea market look. Now, I don't mind flea markets but most things for sale are antique or I could get elsewhere. The floorplan is easy but nothing stood out. I wanted to check out the food court but I wasn't able to find this massive food court. I wonder if they have changed it over the years. The "pet" section was sad. Very sad. Lots of cute puppies. I bet many of them are from puppy mills. Lots of kids who wanted puppies. I know many parents will get them for the kids and then abandon them or give them away. Sorry, rant. Cause I know people who have bought pets from here and that has happened to the poor animals. Overall, a big disappointment. In February, I purchased a "toy poodle" which was 7 weeks old $1,979.50. She is now 8 months old and since she does not look like a toy poodle I had a DNA test done. Her results were very disappointing, she is a mixed breed 24.3 poodle, 22.6 shih tzu, 20.3 miniature schnauzer, 9.8 pomeranian, 7.7% miniature Pinscher 5.% pug and 10.3% supermutt. this company ripped me off and has not answered when I have attempted to speak with them...they do not answer text messages either. Overall...it's different and interesting! I've been coming here ever since I can remember. My grandparents would round up all the grandkids and make it a full day trip of taking us all over to the market. Only open on Saturday and Sunday, this place tends to get very busy during the warm seasons! It's not for everyone I will say but a fun experience to at least check out. It does get packed and the food court can become a battlefield when it comes to getting your food and finding a table. The vendors relatively sell the same stuff, but every now and then you see something different that catches your eyes. Snacks and such are relatively cheap and delicious depending on what you get. Parents be warned!! This is a great place since they have a lot of activities set up for your kids. BUT it does get busy and some areas are very packed! Horrible animal abuse is taking place at La Vaquita. They are selling underage puppies and all of their animals live in horrible conditions. My friend bought a puppy last week that just died after being brought home. Was initially lethargic then when brought to the vet they told us this puppy was only 4 weeks old and should have never been taken away from its mother. We saw SEVERAL puppies being sold that day and it breaks my heart. I have a good inclination these puppies are being produced by puppy mills as well. Just sick. Have no idea how this business is still operating with the dozens of bad reviews regarding the animals I scoured through on Google as well. This place is huge. Yes, the crowds can get annoying, but there are lots of cool items to browse and buy: movies, Asian decor items, branded clothing, jewelry, ethnic foods, etc. The outside has more of the market side: fruits, veggies, and yard sale type stuff. The inside has more of the newer items. It is only open on the weekends though. The food court has def expanded over the years as I can remember as a child: There is a play area with arcade games now. The food here is mostly Latino, but there was a single Asian place at a corner. Parking is both on the paved and dirt areas, wherever you are able to find an opening, but it wasn't that difficult on this Sat afternoon. read more

I'm a flea market kind of person..... but this place leaves me cold. There's really nothing unique, interesting or collectible to buy there. But wait -- two years ago, there was a booth with cool Israeli-style wrap around pants. But those folks are gone. Possibly the best thing about this market is the traveling vet, who seems to do a bang-up business on the weekends. They sell animals in one of the sections, but I'm not convinced they are humanely raised. I'm not going to say I'll never return to Pendergrass -- but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to stop in. read more

Pros: It's a big one. Some good bargains on t-shirts. Cons: Lots of duplicate items for sale from multiple dealers. Had some animals for sale like puppies (REEKS OF PUPPY FARM SADNESS) rabbits and chickens. Flea Market opened up at 9am, but half the stores we're still closed up at 10. One guy even tried to spray me down with cologne trying to get me to buy. I told him no twice and final got him to stop with an "I will pop you in the mouth" look. My wife like the many many jewelry stands. Mostly cheap costume stuff. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves since we have never been before and drove 200 miles to check it out. I was excited to go here as I heard it was a huge flea market and I have been to some really good ones. Sadly, this is not one of them. Yes it's big and yes there are a lot of vendors but bigger isn't always better and that is the case here. Generally, what most people are selling here is junk, junk, and more junk. There are a few good vendors but that about it. There are some pretty shady looking people here so if you are looking for some illegal papers, you might be able to find them here. read more

Do not recommend this place if you are trying to social distance. I applaud them for giving out free masks and trying to direct foot traffic in one direction but most patrons are not even making an effort to social distance. I would say that about half of people are not wearing masks and no one follows the one way arrows. It's crowded and impossible to stay 6 feet away from others. Totally not worth the risk for mostly overpriced dollar store items and some sad looking animals. Produce looked okay but prices seemed comparable with the grocery store. read more

Okay....this is not a flea market. There's fake bags, discount electronics, and various booths selling new, cheaply made goods. This is very falsely advertised. Endless rows of tacky clothes, Jesus statues, and plastic toys/fake flowers. I only walked through about half the booths before things became repetitive and besides that I couldn't handle the smell from the food court anymore. If you're looking for a real flea market, this is not the place. It seriously was like a street you'd walk down in Mexico or China. Examples of booths: quinceñera dresses, faux flowers, cell phone repair, tshirt/jersey vendors, fake designer wallets (ILLEGAL!), probably 10 booths selling 'fidget spinners,' and even more selling ridiculous clothes or fake medical supplements. Would not recommend. I was horrified. Illegal bags were reported and I called the humane society about their obviously puppy farmed dogs for sale as well. read more

I like to come here at least once a year. Tons of booths with stuff for sale for great great prices. Some booths will even bargain with you. Also they have rides for little kids and a food court. I've gotten a dog here twice 5 years apart from the same old guy and both times the puppies have had worms and have gotten sick. I'm 100% sure that guy runs a puppy mill. He says they're dewormed but highly doubt it. Also they may look KINDA like the breed he says they are but when they grow they look very low quality and maybe mixed with another breed. I still love my dogs very much purebred or not. I've learned my lesson about adopting before shopping. read more

I love this flea market! There are hundreds of great deals! You can easily spend an entire Saturday or Sunday here. You can find so many different items here at a fraction of the cost you would spend in regular stores! It's family friendly too with plenty of activities for kids. There's a nice food court with a variety of options as well as many other options for drinks and snacks throughout the flea market. Most of the market is indoor, but there are also a few vendors outside. I think there are more vendors on Sundays, but it's also more crowded then too. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes to walk around, because this place is huge! Bring cash, because most of the vendors don't accept cards. read more

I would only go back if I had some time to kill and absolutely nothing better to do. There was a wide selection of stuff for sale, both old and new. Tacky and overpriced faaaaaar outweighed the great deals. It was nice that most of the stalls were indoors since GA has unpredictable weather. There was a food court but it really didn't look very clean overall. The animals looked very sad and I'm not usually the bleeding heart type. There was a little petting zoo and a few exotics to look at. I don't know, I can't really see any reason to ever go here again. Great, now I'm all depressed. read more
