I had my car detailed (inside and out) this past Wednesday at LA Wash, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the cleaning, a staff member cracked one of the side AC vents inside my car. When I brought this to the manager David's attention, he apologized, but no effort was made to offer a discount or any form of compensation for the damage. Instead, I was simply told to come back and ask for him next time. I'm not comfortable returning after this experience, especially given that something was damaged and not properly addressed. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them matters--and in this case, I feel it was handled poorly. I'm unhappy with both the service and the lack of resolution, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience. read more

I have been a member for several months. They are super thorough inside and outside. I am in construction so I have my vehicle cleaned weekly. The members price is much less than any other place in the area for much better quality. The only caveat is don't be in a hurry. Perfection takes time. Expect at least 45 minute wait and don't arrive less than 45 minutes before closing. They will not take your vehicle. read more

They offer 3 different cleaning services and when I asked for the $40 service they told me $53 because my car was too dirty, literally just needed a vacuum I had a cup in the cup holder that's it ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! My first clue was the fact that the young girl checking people in didn't know what a touchless car wash was. Got the hand wash and armor all and vacuum and it was $57. I brought my classic mustang there just for a quick wash before a car show. You shouldn't leave a car idling the whole time you're washing it, classic or not. The waiting room was filthy, dirty tables and torn chairs. Ancient soda machine that vends the wrong soda. The bathrooms were disgusting and the men's room was out of paper towels. Seeing since this is the only car wash in Lehigh, you'd think they'd want to be top of the line. I know how a car is supposed to come out after being washed, since I worked for Eager Beaver Car Wash. With no apologies they took 2 hours and when it FINALLY got done, the windows weren't cleaned and the car was still wet! I had to get them to wash all the windows and dry my car which took even more time. If you are needing your vehicle washed don't waste your time or money! I suggest Eager Beaver! read more

Arrived early Saturday AM for a basic vacuum/wash. Was 3rd in line of 6 vehicles. Watched as 6 cars were put through before ours. Took about 46 minutes to get out of the place. Results were typical of a $24 basic service. Some drips and inside windshield cleaned with dirty rag. They were deliberately holding our vehicle as additional vehicles got put through first. Grungy, low class business. Plenty of other, better options. read more

So disappointed, the previous owners took pride in their work and made things right for their customers. I paid $30 for the #3 "Beverly Hills" and they didn't wash the interior windows. It was supposed to be interior including armor-all and exterior wash with wax. I called to talk to a manager, no one ever answers the phone. First time I've been back since this locale opened back up under different management. The exterior seemed rather spartan, and the guys I turned my baby over to, well, lets just say I was hesitant, but I knew better than to pass judgement based on appearances. The guy taking my "order", dropped the price on a detailing/wax after I declined. I found that to be a bit sketchy, but for no valid reason. I mean, I was already handing over my baby to them, so in reality, it made no difference. The prices were higher than it was under Classic Car Wash, but still fairly reasonable. You pay with the guy taking your order. If I thought the exterior was spartan, once I saw the interior, I wondered if they were even open for business! There was a TV and a few chairs, but only half the lights on, and only the occasional passing staff member. Very empty compared to the previous establishment. We decided to wait outside, where benches with wood rot and peeling paint awaited us, along with a good amount of litter. As far as the vehicle went, it was cleaned quite well, inside and out. Tires shined and everything. If you're looking for what I'd consider to be a bare-bones car wash, not bad. Don't expect a luxury experience. You'll still get a clean car. read more

Was a great car wash till new owners took over. Prices went up no more deals yet service horrible. Got the #3 package 30 dollars. No shine on tires and inside dash and doors. Employees said owner water downs down the product cause too much money. I paid 10 dollars more than last time yet less service. Good luck lost my several hundred dollars a year. read more

this is the best car wash company I have ever been to In My Life Lehigh Acres Florida they really took care of me, even after closing hours knew what I needed and they did it and they all stayed and took care of my car because my car was water damaged and molded/mildew when I picked it up from the company that fixed my transmission... that company must of left my window or sunroof open so it for wet, I called about 4 different companies everyone told me they were closing this is the only company that told me to come and come now and that they would work on it and fix it and every single one of their crew members stayed to fix my car and it looks immaculate!!! and they went above and beyond and stayed every single one of them until it was done the job is beautiful.. read more

Went for the first time since it reopened. I ended up with the "mini detail" after they tried to sell me the full detail. It was $148 which was high but if they would make it like new inside then ok. Plus the car needed a good cleaning inside. The results were average and wasn't completely clean inside. It was ok but not near a detail service. read more

I do wish there was a way to give a NEGATIVE star...as this car wash deserves only negative results. My wife and I have one of the unlimited car wah packages...we normally use one of the Surfside locations but recently discovered that LA Car wash was a part of the group. Living in Buckingham we thought it would be convenient to use this facility...NOT !!!upon pulling in the first time to try LA Car wash the "GREETER" informed my wife that there was a letter different from her tag than the lettering noted in the car wash information...it was Dm143 and her tag was Gm143. Rather than realizing it was a typo (since the make/model/color/ of the car was accurate....name on the account/phone number associated with the account was accurate) he said that he could not honor our car wash package. ( He was more than happy to try and sell a costly detailing package however !!!) My wife explained that she did not need the car detailed , but was needing to use the car wash that we pay for monthly. She was told that there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! We will take our business where it is appreciated and we are respected as customers. I have thried 4 times to call the car wash to lodge my complaint...but no one has answered the phone call...it just rang with no answer. I have been there 3 times, and very impressed with the throughness of there people and attention to detail. Even the wipe down was nice and shiny tires too boot. Not an lmpressive waiting area but you only there for you vehicle not a champain waiting area..... I will go back many more times. read more
