    Purchased a new battery they only had one the lady in the Saginaw's store took my name and number…read morewas supposed to call me thursday this was Tuesday when I made my purchase I waited all day Thursday for a call back I called a few minutes after 7 they did not answer supposed to be open till 8 pm . I called the bay city store they had one battery and no request for it to be shipped to the Saginaw store I requested a call back from the store owner. I called the Saginaw store Friday the lady said she did not remember she was supposed to call me back thursday did not remember to get the battery shipped from the bay city store the she said you can drive to the other store and pick it up I asked her why she didn't follow through on my request I asked again for the owner to call me back the store person in Saginaw threatened me to be trespassed because they lady could not answer why my request failed., she did not offer an apology her actions or inaction. I called the bay city store and asked if the battery was shipped to the Saginaw store he said the truck had left and had no knowledge of the battery request I asked who would know he said the store owner store owner did not provide any details about the battery request to the Saginaw store or the bay city store I asked again for the owner to call me back he has not responded.I will not be purchasing any more batteries from this owner, no follow through no offers to give a discount for the store mixups this is the owner responsibility.

They sent me a modem and router and the needed cords and I set it up myself. I stream all my favorite platforms and don't have to pay for the 150 channels I don't watch. And what a savings! There are plenty of employees here, and all I want to do is…read morereplace some equipment that tech support told me was too old and after some grid update is no longer going to work. This, is inconvenient, the absolutely ridiculous wait time, was frustrating, and what I saw unfold during my wait, was infuriating. I'll say, I know the general public is full of completely tech illiterate people who need the simplest things explained to them three or four times in increasing detail, and take forever because they have nothing better to do, but the employees are not helping. Every time the finish up with someone, they just stand there on their phone or disappear into the back. By my estimation, the average person has taken 10 - 15 minutes start to finish to "help", then there's another 10 - 15 minutes for the employee to call another name after that. They need a dedicated return equipment line. To the poor individual who replies to all of these reviews, I don't want to see your vapid and hopeless attempt at reconciliation, I don't have any social media, so I won't be DMing you anywhere. Your solution is making an appointment, but my Internet went down in the middle of the night and I had to work all day. If my equipment became outdated because of your update, I should be able to waltz in and have a new one reasonably quickly. I pay a lot of money for this often lackluster Internet service, because of course, they're the only game in town and can be as pathetic as they want. I highly recommend any possible competitors if they are available in your area. Spectrum, and charter before that have always been a blood sucking company only concerned with taking as much money from their customers as possible.
