It is not my normal location but I found it very easy to access right off/on the freeway. Lots of machines which as a beginner/intermediate I find this to be a very nice benefit. I had no problem finding a cardio machine as well. The bathrooms were clean. I did notice there were not a lot of patrons cleaning the machines after use which I don't appreciate. Could use more rags/cleaning solution areas or maybe signs? Overall a nice gym.

Jessica is a fantastic person and somebody who helped me out a great deal with my goals, without trying to hustle me into buying gimicky products or expensive sessions. I learned so much from her and her passion/energy is also represented in every square inch of the gym. Always renovating; bringing in new equipment, establishing relationships with clients, etc. It's amazing what her and her husband have accomplished with such little space to work with. It is a small gym but it's also one where it's never overcrowded and has just about anything you would need or ask for. I started a 12-week health journey with Jackie on January 12th, and it's been an incredible experience. I feel stronger and more consistent than I have in a long time--and my journey isn't over just because the 12 weeks is almost up. It's the only gym I've ever stuck with this long. I'm doing personal training once a week with Rich which is going very well. He wrote up a very good program for me and I'm inspired to work harder than I have in about 15 years. Virtually all the group exercise classes are included which is very nice. I tried out the Thursday evening spin class which was very hard but the instructor, Melissa helped me modify it so I could keep on going. Would recommend. If you want extra swim time, I'd recommend coming in about 15 min before your appointment to see if there's anyone still swimming from the previous session in the lane you've been assigned. You can get 15 min extra time which helps if you're a very slow swimmer but want to put in many laps.
