I bought one at another shop, and one at this shop. The buying experience here was far superior than the other shop The bike was put together well, they gave me all the included tools when I arrived, they made all the adjustments on the bike to fit it to me, at the other shop none of that happened. This is what you want in a bike shop, people who love bike riding, not they're just running the shop to make money Highly recommended

Instant Imprints is better suited for work uniforms and not for any detailed graphics that need to…read morebe true to color or close to it.  I originally reached out to get some samples printed of a digital illustration for an Art Basel Miami release. The shirts were going to be used during photoshoot for a website ahead of the event.  Given the magnitude of the release, I did voice my concerns of working with DTG instead of screenprinting. I was reassured that DTG prints the exact colors of the image and was better than screenprinting for this project. Immediately after the printing, the graphics looked extremely faded and lacked pigment in key areas. When I followed up, I was told DTG-printed graphics tend to fade when washed, just like screenprinted shirts crack. Just one problem, the samples were never washed or worn. I had to opt to photoshop the image onto a blank shirt from Google. So the shirts were never used. Nor could I sell them to recoup my loses. Though the Instant Imprints staff tried to figure out why the quality was so subpar, it was fruitless. I don't think they knew how to use the machine correctly or it was an older model unable to perform the job. About 7 other DTG printers thought the shirts weren't cured properly. Wasted money + wasted time = Bad experience! With this in mind, I cannot recommend this business or change my review. *For all you brave souls who still want to give them a try: ask for samples of their work before doing any business with them*
