Did not have an appt, only waited about 10/15 mins would've given 5 stars fir that visit. Went today the Monday after thanksgiving for more bloodwork, did not have an appt and waited about 20 mins with my toddler around 130pm. The lady that drew my blood this time seemed nice but when she stuck me I felt instant pain ( which has never happened EVER!) I said ouch and she said oh it looks like you have scar tissue and it was hard to get through, she didn't adjust the needle just kept it there and it hurt the whole time and after she was done the area where she drew the blood was stinging so bad. And still hurts and hour later. She had light brown shoulder length hair. I will not let her draw my blood again. I've had a lot of blood drawn sometimes in the same timeframe. I have a good vein that pops out on my right arm that I always suggest bc it never hurts so it surprised me that this time was soo painful. I wish I would've payed attention to their names. Unbelievable, she needs to shadow the lady I had on Wednesday to learn proper technique.

I have the hospital app on my phone, so I checked in prior to going into the building , by doing that you receive a barcode that you can scan at the kiosk to let them Know your there for your appointment, which is much easier then filling everything out on the kiosk. I had to have some CT scan images of a couple areas Of my body, I was called in by technician Angela, who was so kind and caring. Medical facilities need more workers that care about the patients these days. Thank you Angela for making me feel comfortable during a scary time.

I came here the other day for routine blood work. I attempted to check in using the kiosk but the…read moresystem kept spinning. The lady at the front desk was facing her computer in the opposite direction so I stood there waiting until I was finally able to get her attention. After waiting several minutes in the lobby then again in the examination room, the same woman from the front desk came to take my blood. She didn't wash her hands but she did put on a pair of gloves and she wore a mask but it had blood splatters all over it. She poked my arm a couple times until she found my vein. It was so unbelievably painful. Two days later my arm is still swollen and bruised, pic attached.
