Was previously told to come back and the reading would not be a problem. I waited over 30 minutes and was not read. While I was walking out, the girl at the front said their one provider was busy. Cool, there are emergencies in medicine. No problem. My problem is with the manner of the young girl with the cornrows at the front desk. When I walked in, she immediately directed me to sign-in. There's no sign in for what I was there for. She was annoyed when I handed her my paperwork, and placed it on a counter behind her. She did not mention it to the women seated at the desk behind her until I had already been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. After sitting for over 30 minutes, I ask for my paperwork back; I clearly was not in the queue to be seen, and I didn't anticipate this quick taking so long. When the worker gave me the paperwork back, she said, "Don't snatch it!" It was such an unnecessary provocation, I nearly laughed. I did not snatch, and she was the one who, clearly, had an attitude. She is early in her career and need professional adjustment. People in medical care, at all levels, need to have a polite "bedside" manner. ChristianaCare, train your employees to be better AND provide the necessary support they need to execute their jobs correctly. Do not come to this location. They absolutely do not want you there.

There was only one patient in the waiting room. It was about 1:00 p.m. a half hour before they closed. I filled everything out and the machine told me they couldn't accommodate today, schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Really? What the heck. No one was there, and they were open for a half hour longer. Speaking of which, why are you closing at 1:30 in the afternoon? Sick people aren't on a schedule. They have the worst schedule and they're rude. No one who is sick feels like going out multiple days in a row. Tell me again about the greatest health care system. You have to sign yourself in at a kiosk and scan your insurance and ID. That part has been confusing for me in the past but they are always more than happy to help me at the front desk. Once I waited maybe 20 minutes for my turn but that's the longest I've ever waited. They are very fast. The location is clean and friendly. I hate blood work and they seem to sense that. They are very patient with me and are reassuring. I don't make an appointment. I just walk in and it's usually around 7am.
