The waiting time on the screen indicated an hour and a half, even though there were only two people in the waiting room. When I asked if it would really take that long, she responded dismissively, stating that I could "always book an appointment and that everyone was on a break" There are very limited appointment times available, and most patients, including myself, must work during the lab's operating hours. My thirty-minute lunch break is my only opportunity to have blood drawn, and any delay results in lost pay. I am pregnant and required to complete lab work within certain timeframes, making timely and professional service essential. Brittany passed my room and explicitly stated that she would not perform my blood draw, saying "someone else can do it," and refused to engage with me professionally. She then left under the pretense of taking a lunch break and had another individual complete the procedure and to discuss my concern. Her dismissive tone and refusal to communicate appropriately made the experience unnecessarily stressful and caused significant inconvenience. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet the professional standards expected in patient care.

My wife is wheelchair bound and wasn't feeling well but her doctor wanted the bloodwork ASAP. After an hour we went back into the office. No one was waiting in the office. We were told our wait would be another hour and a half and we couldn't wait in the office even though no one else was there and a three person limit was posted. I asked for the Manager who refused to give m her name. These people have no idea what they are doing!

Staff was excellent. My Dr's office screwed up and didn't indicate what type of 4K test I needed…read more (serum or plasma). Elia called my Dr's ofc and told he a Plasma blood test. And I had the test done. But, Elia felt something wasn't right because she said 99% of patients needing the 4K test I got needed a "Serum" blood test. So she called them back a 2nd time and she was correct that I needed the Serum test. I can't thank her enough because I would've got the wrong blood score. And being it's supposed to tell me if I have prostate cancer, it could've given me a false positive or false negative.

My wife works for a Cardiologist. They would never do this. The woman who took my blood just walked away after she was done. Said nothing until she was 10 feet away from me. "You're all done sir" The girl at the reception desk with the two braids in her hair came by the area where I was and gave the "signal" to the woman who was taking my blood. Rude staff. Stay away. The last few times I've gone they were short staffed, as they were today, and the entire place was packed full because for some odd reason LabCorp closed down the other very busy office in Toms River. I made an appointment ahead of time and still sat there for almost an hour waiting to be taken. When you complain to their customer relations people, you hear nothing but crickets. I'm going to have to find another lab to go to.

During that time, she asked me when I was going back to my country. I maintained my cool and spoke nicely and not make a fight. But she kept being nasty, like her attitude just suddenly changed to a nasty hateful person. I didn't do anything wrong or say anything wrong. I never retaliated and said anything bad to her, but she kept asking when you going back to your country; you had to go back; but I am an American citizen; I am a hard worker and a nurse. Most of my family is nurses and in the medical field. I don't know if the entire staff doesn't like brown skin or immigrants. If they do, please post it in your office only for white people.
