I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the staff at this location. From the check in experience all the way through the dreaded "stick", this group of professionals has always treated me with the level of care you just don't find at every medical facility unfortunately. For example, despite the workload present upon arriving, I observed the intake professional taking the time to answer questions about the new check in process involving scanning of your driver license at the kiosk with another patient. Once in the back, and after notifying the professional that although I may be an "easy stick" I bruise easy and not a fan of the pain associated with it, she proceeded and accomplished the multiple vial draw with a level of success I wish other labs would achieve. Again, this is the same experience I have had for multiple visits to this particular site, which is why I continue to come back. The staff at this location has always been freindly and helpful to me and I appreciate their help. I have been coming here for a few years now and I found a really great technician, who is caring and is helpful to me as I have hard veins to find and she has always done a great job taking my blood. Billing is a disaster! EVERY single time, I have to spend hours trying to resolve a billing error for $8.61. Last time I paid the bill and then got a past due notice. I paid it a 2nd time, they returned the money to my bank account and then sent me a past due notice. I finally got an email showing a zero balance and now I received another past due notice. I can't imagine how older adults handle this with frequent bills. Hours are spent on the phone! I absolutely hate dealing with this company! read more

I score this local business with a 1 because 0 was not an option. Dropped off my doctor requested blood work a few weeks ago. They could not find it when I went back to have the work done. So, my personal and medical information is floating around somewhere in their office and who knows where else... If they can't take care of the paperwork I certainly wouldn't trust them to keep accurate blood samples. Patients beware!!! :-( read more
