This excessive wait time for a stand by patient significantly disrupted my schedule and resulted in stress, and medical needs. It seems like if they don't want walk-ins and felt completely ignored. I waited 3hrs and was still not called. As a patient I value my time, but this is for sure my last time going to this particular office, it's simply Horrible and bad service. I did end up going to Lab Corp as a walk-in and they treated me well, I was out in less than 30min. Hope they will stop wasting patients time and I would rather have them telling me that they don't accept walk-ins... I would have understood. I will never go back and will not recommend this office. Wish they would have more consideration for the elderly and diabetic patients. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I don't recommend don't waste your time like I did!

As I waited my turn (about 8 minutes) I heard laughter from the other stations. I think that's a good sign when people are being stuck with needles. I had an appointment; maybe a 10 minute wait-good! The front office seemed joyless as compared to the collection area. It made the wait seem longer.

I was called in by 9:28a, assisted by the phlebotomist, drew 3 tubes of blood, and then out within 5 minutes which has been the quickest service I've experienced even with a room filled of people waiting. The waiting area is much larger than lab corps and other quest locations. Overall it's much cleaner and bigger than any other place I've been.
