I scheduled an appointment online 3 weeks ago for today @7:15, I arrived @ 6:50 checked in on their computer, then asked the receptionist if she needed my paperwork, she said "no,you can hold on to it, we'll call". At 7:15 I went to the window and told the other receptionist that I had an appointment for 7:15. She said they were behind and were seeing people with 7:00 appointment. After another 30 minutes, they called my name, was not seen for another 15 minutes sitting on the chair. So, what's the point of making an appointment??? Typing this as I stand here waiting. I had a 2.5-week wait for this appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, and then had to wait again just to confirm my check-in. After that, I was told there would be an additional wait to have my blood drawn. It's now been 30 minutes, and despite having an appointment, I keep hearing the front desk tell walk-ins and scheduled patients that "the wait is long because we have a lot of walk-ins." Meanwhile, I'm literally watching older gentlemen sit on the floor because there are no seats available, and I'm leaning against a table because there's nowhere else to stand. An older woman next to me said she has an appointment and has already been waiting two hours. This place is horrible. I gave it a second chance, and honestly, I should've trusted my first impression. What makes it worse is how the front desk treats the older patients -- especially those who aren't QR-code savvy. Instead of helping them, they talk to them with zero patience and a dismissive attitude. These are people who need compassion, not condescension. A medical facility should never feel this chaotic, disorganized, or disrespectful. Appointments should mean something, walk-ins shouldn't overrun scheduled times, and no patient -- especially seniors -- should be sitting on the floor because of a lack of space or structure. Came here for lab work and VERONICA working at the front desk was extremely rude. Whenever someone ask a question she over talked them, very unhelpful to older patients and all around customer service was horrible. Her supervisor needs to address this behavior. 2025.02 Routine blood draw. Found parking in the small parking lot. No appointment. Checked in at kiosk. Took about an hour to complete visit which included staff reconfirming lab request and insurance. Desk staff were very patient and pleasant with me and I noted they treated other patients in similar fashion. When I was called to the back, there are multiple stations ready and my blood draw was completed efficiently. Most people probably don't take the time to leave a review unless they're upset, but I have found this staff to be kind and consistent for my experiences, including what I observe in their interactions with others. read more

We've been sitting here for over an hour. My husband has surgery tomorrow and needs a simple blood draw. The front staff is more interested in looking at each others pictures on their phones then providing service to their customers. We feel ignored and discriminated against. Our lab request says STAT but it means nothing to the women at the front. She said "your JUST a walk in" and just now took the paper work after an hour obviously to prove her power. Front personal woman who was working (dark hair, glasses, long finger nails, cherry blossom tattoo RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!! I'm a patient person. I walked in and checked in as a walk in (no appointment) since my doctor needed bloodwork ASAP. I know my wait time was going to be a long one- no problem. I approached the front desk, waited to be be called upon (I follow rules). Waiting 4 mins until I moved closer to the window she looked at me, no acknowledgement. I asked my status and she replied. I came in again around my time allotment and again stood in front of the desk. Again, no acknowledgement, she instantly stayed "ask your question". Now, watching her with other patients- it wasn't just me. I'm not a person who complains- we all have days. I waited an hour to be seen even with an appointment scheduled. And my actual blood draw took less than 5 minutes to complete... I've gotten faster service as a walk in at Walgreens. There were at least 30 people waiting in the lobby and walk-ins were still accepted. Not sure where everybody parked because the parking lot is tiny and not enough for that many people. The check in by email/mobile device is great to expedite the check-in process, but nowhere on mobile are you instructed to turn in lab-work paperwork but there is one sign on the wall beside the check in kiosk that tells you to. The staff were polite and friendly, and my technician had a gentle touch, so no complaints there. If you have nothing to do for the day and you're willing to wait, come on in. But I wouldn't recommend this location because of the wait times. read more

Came in for some lab work. No parking, I had to park across the street at in the vacant lot by Starbucks. They were extremely crowded, I came in at 7:30am it was already about 25 people here. I did walk in (walk ins and appointments available). The check in process is pretty cool (very set explanatory even if you aren't tech savvy). Check in on the device took about 5 minutes. After check in the asked for my paperwork. 10 mins into waiting they called me for a sample. I don't have any Lobby pics because it was completely full and people might me here for sensitive reasons and would prefer not to be photographed. But the lobby it was clean, plenty of seating. Restroom was decent. Definitely a much longer wait then I anticipated, I advise you make an appointment to avoid the hassle of waiting. read more

It seems it doesn't matter if you make an appointment. You'll still be seen based on your arrival time. Another patient with an appointment later than mine arrived later than me, but was seen first. When approached, the representative at the front counter simply said, "Oh yeah, we'll call you." To make up for it, I was taken to the back to sit at the blood draw station and wait another 15 minutes. Overall, I arrived and checked in 15 minutes prior to my appointment, but was not seen until 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment. This place is still horrible and in need of additional staff. Perhaps, some management on the floor to allow this organization to run a little smoother. They have since transitioned to mobile tablets--they look something like iPads for check in. This is to be done by the patient. Essentially the contactless method allows about 5-6 people to check in at one time. But after that comes the issue. They will call you into one of the rooms and have you wait for 45 minutes - 1 hour. The tablets are great, but it makes for something of a traffic jam, allowing patients/clients to sit around due to the lack of staff. Worst service in my life. Arrived at 850am for blood work but was forced to wait outside in the cold for over 2 HOURS. I went inside and explained I was on a motorcycle and wanted to warm up since it was 50 degrees outside, but the nasty woman at the front desk didn't care and told me to get out and wait for a text. When I finally got inside, there were several people standing, but they didn't get asked to step outside, probably because they were older. Will never use this location again. Per their instructions; check in via their app once you parked in their parking lot and please arrive 30 minutes early to your appointment time. It's a very small parking lot, most likely you will have to park across the street. I waited 35 minutes and decided to go check and see why I hadn't been called for my 10:15 appointment. One of the receptionist said I need your lab order. Nowhere in their instructions, advised me to bring the order in first and then wait in my car. It appears I lost 30 minutes in the "line" to have my blood drawn. A woman came in after me and also asked about her 10:15 appointment. It was very frustrating after waiting so long and she was called in before me. Finally my 10:15 appointment became a 10:55 appointment. The lobby was full and from listening to most of the people waiting they did not have appointments and were told they would have a two hour wait. I will never go to this location again, even though it's closer to where I live. I was given the option to speak to a manager, but I felt at this point there was no need.
