I don't get the negative reviews. Just left their office. The check-in was smooth and easy. As a walk-in I expected to wait, but I was in within five minutes. I'm giving Josephine at Labcorp on Welsh Pool Road in Exton 5 Stars ! I have difficult time getting blood work completed and usually the technician draws from my hand (which is painful). Josephine took her time, heard my story, and said "let's try your arm" - her very first attempt she NAILED it!! Not in the last 15 years has that happened Thank you so much ! I don't normally write reviews but the staff here were insanely rude and unprofessional. I understand short staffing and everyone is frustrated but that's no excuse to take it out on the people waiting for lab work. Do better. read more

Labcorp just plain stinks. Can't get an appointment anywhere near me unless you schedule it 4-5 weeks ahead, walk-ins are super-difficult for people with jobs and responsibilities, the app is terrible, and the offices are staffed with surly employees (to be fair, I'd be depressed if I worked there too). Can't even login to the app for the $100 privilege of having a tech come to me. Not to mention billing issues. And of course, I can't go to any other lab because of my insurance. read more

This place needs more people on staff. There are literally 2 people working - one a receptionist while the other the lab tech trying to serve room full of people. Whether you have an appt or not you will be waiting at least an hour. The receptionist yells out name to find people. The lab tech gave me the largest hematoma ( bruise) which covered my full elbow and arm . I was worried that I needed to go to urgent care as my entire arm was swollen from a simple blood draw. The two staff members are rude and look down on the patients. They yell the names of people in the waiting room to come inside like you are yelling for a dog to come back. I would say they need training for customer service but I doubt it would help. Their attitudes are like a cancer. read more

I was surprised to see such negative reviews of this place. I have been there several times over the past year and found the staff to be efficient and compliant with basic health care practices. I am not a fan of the location for someone with gait issues or someone who uses a wheelchair. Handicapped parking is challenging as is the steep ramp to the front door. Would give zero if I could . Arrived at 1:47 for a 2 pm appt. At 1:57 was told they were unable to perform test because their computers shut down at 2 pm. I note the website indicates some tests require arrival 30 minutes before closing time (which is 2:00), they prob should say 45 minutes before closing time if their computers shut down 30 minutes before closing. Very dirty . The accreditation body would have a field day. I found no less than 4 patient safety violations in the 15 minutes I was there. Won't be back . I'll go to another lab corp. read more

This place is awful. I checked in and was sent back to a patient room that was not clean and there was nowhere to sit. Everyone was rude & didn't even check the exam room for cleanliness before sending me back. There is a sign posted saying the area is disinfected after each guest, but that obviously isn't true. During a pandemic you would think a healthcare provider would maintain a better looking practice that makes patients feel safe. read more

Only reason for 1 star is because the woman at the front desk was pleasant and the digital checkin was easy. Once I checked in, I was asked to go into a room. The room was dirty, floor had used gauze on it and a rubber band. Nurse came in. Didn't introduce himself or even say hello. Asked me to sit down. He then put on gloves and wrapped the band around my arm. When I looked out the window he stuck the needle into my arm to draw blood without as much as a warning. It was unbelievably painful. I've had blood drawn many times but it has never been painful like this and the nurse didn't even respond when I said how much it hurt. He finished, pulled the needle, wiped it with an alcohol wipe and walked out. Do not go here. It's a mess and the trauma is going to take days to clear up. read more

Had to give one star but they deserve ZERO stars. Like many of you I don't have a choice in where I go for lab services. But if you do, avoid this place like the plague. At first I thought maybe I just got someone who was having a bad day. But after at least 6 visits it's been awful every time. They're rude, incompetent with paperwork, and just plain nasty people who work here. Expect an improperly coded bill for the full cost of service even if your insurance covers (or partially covers) lab services. These people simply don't care and it's very evident in the poor service and lack of respect for patients. read more

this is my second visit to this Lab corp and they deserve no stars. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room after check in before anyone even talked to me. After my 15 minute wait ( by the way, the room was empty- not one person waiting) A nurse told me I needed to wait out in my car. The check in station states if you would like to wait in your car, leave your phone number. I did not put a number and waited inside. After I gave her my number she tells me the wait is an additional 30 minutes. I decline because I need to get back to work and she rudely dismisses me and calls the next patient. I guess he didn't understand either to leave your number and go wait in your car. There is no room for rude behavior in the world today, Be nice people! it goes along way. Take pride in your work!! Lab Corp needs to clean house at this location. read more
