I'm a patient with Mainline Health and I needed an ultrasound done and I saw there was a satellite location at the mall. They had a parking lot at the main entrance, but whenever I would drive by it was full. As soon as I walked in at the main entrance, there was a lon it's busy. I spoke with a tech and she advised it was because they are an urgent care, lab, radiology, cardiology, and one more thing. So it is usually always madness. It was a little chaotic when you check in, but all staff were kind and helpful. They always asked the patients around me if they needed help to get around or a wheelchair. They seemed honestly kind. Once I was checked in, the testing went smoothly and quickly. It was an easy appointment. The only thing that I did not like that this was also an urgent care, so I was around a lot of sick people and it made me nervous. If the urgent care was more of a separate facility, I would come back. read more

The first time I scheduled this appointment, no one could tell me what type and brand of gadolinium is used. Finally, I got that answer. I was told that my MRI had to be completed 7-14 days after the start of my period. The appointment was scheduled day 6. I called two days ago and asked three times if they were sure that was correct, as I thought it had to be at least 7 days, and was told the date was ok. Now, two days before the appointment, I'm told that the appointment is too early, but they have no other availability this month in any location, so now I must wait another month before attempting to schedule again, and hope that there is something available. read more

Main Line keep send email to me said I owned them $314.73 for blood works, my Insurance told me this is routine physical will covered by Insurance 100% but some one in Main Line put wrong code number on paper work so I need to pay for $314.73 I keep called Main Line Billing dept. ( Sandy, Ashley Sfetkoi, Anita) since Feb - May and they told me waiting for Doctor coding Dept. for review. Why took them so long to solve this problem for patient? 3 months already! Scheduled for a CT Urogram w/contrast. Getting contrast requires an IV. The tech poked and dug in my left elbow for 5 minutes and failed to get it in. Then she did the same to my right wrist with greater pain and no IV. Finally, after I warned her this was the last chance, she poked and stabbed my left wrist for a long time, with no IV!! I left, bandaged, sore and disgusted. I've had IVs before, contrast before, gave blood for years (3 gallons!), and have a good pain tolerance and am patient, to a point. There was no backup plan or staff on call, no offer to have the lab staff or doctor intervene, just a shrug and a weak "sorry." This should be a sure thing, not a gamble!! No CT today, which I had to then reschedule for another day. Obviously, I won't be going back to the Exton Torture Chamber, as I still have to have an IV, but it should be easy to find a more competent tech at the hospital. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR RADIOLOGY UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD INSURANCE!!! I have a very high deductible insurance plan and needed some X Rays and a CT so I did some shopping around. The price I was given from the facility was about $50 each for the X Ray and about $400 for the CT scan. Being a freestanding facility this isn't bad so I went ahead and had the tests done. I got the bills and it was just under $500. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU Is that a month or two after you will get a bill from Paoli hospital for an unreasonable amount of money to read the tests. Exton takes the files and sends them to the hospital to be read. You might as well go to Chester County Hospital. They would have been cheaper than the bills I am now stuck with due to deception. I now owe $1,400 for the CT scan reading and $200 each for the X Rays. That's over SIX times what they said it would cost and Five times what it cost to actually have the test done. Do yourselves a favor and go to Chester County or better yet a freestanding facility that has no affiliation with a hospital. Avoid this place like the plague read more

Really not happy. Scheduled an MRI with contrast, arrived in time for my appointment, they already had my prescription on hand, and they said they couldn't do it because I didn't have blood work done (I have high blood pressure that is controlled with medication). They have all my records and should have informed me, they had ample opportunity to do so. I was never told that I needed blood work, and my doctor's office confirmed that they did not require it, is was this facility's "rule". So, I have two hours of work to make up for a test that NEVER happened. Horrible customer service, won't be back. read more

Lost can't find. MRI staff slow and take their time. Not nice, was told my doctor does not come here much. Other doctors have preferential treatment. Given gift cards to give positive feedback. They read it and throw out negative papers. Only good surveys. Poor service cause they are short staffed. read more
