NOPE! Not again! I've been going to Quest for almost two…read moreyears now. I go at least once to twice a year. Recently I've had to go about once a month. In the last two months, there has been some of the worst service! No is up front to greet you because the person that is greeting is also the one taking your sample(s). So when you check in, there is no way to know if anyone knows you're there! Last month I went, the lady had no idea how to 'code the samples' so needed to call someone else to find out. That appointment took almost 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. I wasn't called into my appointment until 15 min after my appointment. Today, there is, again, no one up front. I waited 5-7 minutes and then open the door and go back to the 'restricted' area. I ask the first person I see, 'is there anyone up front?' She replies, 'I am as soon as I'm done here.' She had a person that she was taking a sample from in the chair. This appointment only took 20 minutes from my scheduled time, so arguably, an improvement. The lady did have quite an attitude while she was taking my sample, but that's the way it goes. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I have given them more than enough chances to see if their service improved and honestly in the last two years it has gotten worse.

They say they spend more time with you in n commercials... nope... they say.... we save you money.. nope.... We care more....nope.... I left went back to Parkview. Type of care oh they want your person and money but better care nope. I'm just done with oak street and think you could really work on improving your care needs for your patients. The type of care you give is great in the commercials but in real life I was very very disappointed.

I got out of my car and tried the door, it was unlocked, but a degree of pressure had to be applied. I walked in to low- dim lights, no employees, and one television on. I used the self check kiosk and waited, not long, but I waited. Shortly thereafter, an employee comes from the back to address my appointment. I was in and out in no time flat, that I appreciate. The employee was curt and not friendly, to say the least. I didn't take offense, I know that to be her demeanor, I'd seen her at the other location over the weekend and that appears to be her norm. I likely will not return to this location. I didn't feel comfortable all around.

I scheduled an appointment 7-24-20 to make sure my time there was limited. I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment to find 10 people waiting outside. Apparently, none of the staff showed up for work, with the exception of a floater from Indianapolis. She didn't have keys so she too was waiting outside. It's now 8:36, 10 people are still outside and the floater is still waiting with them.

She wasn't overly friendly....but just right. The phlebotomist, Lindsay, was excellent. She was very professional and caring. She found my difficult to find vein on the first time and eased by dislike of needles. I am a fan of the team here!! I'm not a fan of the facility though. The frontage signage is poor. You really have to hunt for to find it. The facility VERY dated!! In fact....it has a stale-old odor that is over powering. The colors are drab and not welcoming. The carpeting needed a good cleaning and/or replaced. The waiting room was kind of cold & unwelcoming in appearance. I'm not a fan of this facility. However, I'd go back because of the team and how they respected my time. Note...get an appointment on line before you go!!!!

When I was taken into the exam room the nurse was so friendly didn't rush me. The nurse practitioner who came in after was exactly the same too. Very helpful. Very polite and very pleasant. I'd go back again if I need too.

The whole team was extremely quick and had me in the front door and back out in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I was in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes and within a minute of me finishing the online paperwork that they give you, I was taken to the room to be seen. Best experience at an urgent care.
