    Who likes getting blood drawn? Maybe if you're a vampire. But if you're like me and need to get some blood tests done quickly, then read on. Parking is free and easy at the building in front or in covered garage. Suite is on ground floor. When you come in, sign in and they will check you in and bring you back for some electronic paper work. Have your doctor's order, insurance card and a credit or debit card ready for them to scan. While they won't bill your credit or debit card, they will if they bill you and you don't pay up. The tech will scan all of your cards right there in the room and hand them back. Then you will sign some actual papers and then hop into the chair with arm pads where you will have your blood drawn. Personally, I never watch the needle go into my arm, and I gaze out into distance where you have a pleasant view of I-610 traffic. And while getting your blood drawn is no fun, neither is sitting in that traffic out there. At least you're in there, in good hands. Stephanie, the technician is a "good stick" and imparts a lot of confidence in finding your vein and doing the deed quickly. Once the necessary tubes are drawn, the tech will put some gauze and special stretchy band tape to hold pressure. No appointments are needed and it was a simple process. Facility is clean and the tech is professional and efficient. Results go directly to your ordering physician, but if you want to see your results online, there is a portal you can log into. I haven't yet, but that option is cool.

    Just as the other reviewers say, this is a very expedited office. Stephanie is a one-woman army will treat you with courtesy. I do not understand why the other bad reviews but I passed up one five miles from my home to come all the way over here and Yelp reviews were on cue with this one.

    I visited this clinic after being involved in a same-day vehicle accident. The airbag deployed and…read morecaused significant burns and abrasions to my wrist. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.
