These people are the wizards of venipuncture. One of their phlebotomists once drew NINE tubes of my blood on a single stick! That's like a Royal Flush in poker! Plus, I didn't have a hematoma afterwards. Dracula would be in total awe of these folks, no lie!

And if that wasn't bad enough, they take absolutely no responsibility for any harm or mistreatment caused to their patients , none whatsoever. In addition, the location near me would require a five floor ride in a public elevator in a large multi-use building which is unacceptable for me (I'm in a high risk group). I'm not totally sure of all the details as LabCorp no longer seems to answer their phone in person, did not return my phone call/message, and did not respond to my email. At You Choose Labs, the professionalism, availability to communicate in a timely manner by phone and email, and the strict procedures followed went a long way to remove the stress I was experiencing in regard to getting a blood test. The phone was answered by Avia Williams (the owner) who answered all my questions in a very pleasant, personal, accommodating, and friendly manner. The schedule allowed for the home visit to happen in a timely manner on my outdoor patio, and the total face to face contact time was under 5 minutes. We both had the correct protective equipment employed. The blood sample was submitted to, and acknowledged by LabCorp. When I arrived, the doors had already been closed about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. When I asked about it, employees stated that they "don't get paid after 4:30," so they have to be walking out the door at 4:30. If that is the case, then the posted business hours need to reflect the actual time customers are no longer being served. Customers should not be expected to drive to a location during posted operating hours only to find the doors already closed. What made the experience even worse was hearing two employees at the door joking and talking about a "knuckle snackwich" while I was still standing outside. It came across as extremely unprofessional, especially given the situation. Between the lack of communication, closing early, and the employees' behavior, I would not recommend this location. Management seriously needs to address the customer service and professionalism here.

The location is tucked away and a little difficult to find at first. When I walked through the doors, Brian greeted me, and I was the only one waiting for lab tests.
