She was spoken to in a very rude way, and then when take back, she had a technician who rudely spoke to her, and then yelled at her, making my mother feel so uncomfortable and my mother, then try to explain the situation on how she didn't mean to make anyone upset when she asked how long it was gonna take the woman be began to speak down to her and tell her that she would cancel her appointment. When my mother then left the clinic, she called the higher up to explain the horrific situation and 30 minutes later she received a call from a private number where the technician explained to her that she was a crazy B and that she knew where my mother lived ... all because my mom asked hey how long do you think the wait will be?

And on top of that, the technician who did the blood work has the worst attitude I've ever heard of. She's rude, unpleasant, and clearly couldn't care less about the people she's supposed to be helping. And if that wasn't bad enough, they take absolutely no responsibility for any harm or mistreatment caused to their patients , none whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. I'm not exaggerating avoid it at all costs, no matter what.

Instead of helping me in-house, the staff sent me on a helpline loop that took an hour and three separate calls to resolve. During this time, they actually canceled my appointment because I wasn't in the lab room, despite just following their instructions. Most disappointingly, once the issue was finally resolved, the phlebotomist gave me a detailed lecture about how I was wrong instead of just moving forward with the blood draw. I appreciate my past positive experiences here, but today's broken support system and unprofessional lecturing were unacceptable.

They no longer take walk-ins so the reception area was empty. As soon as I finished signing in I was escorted to the sample room. Debra, the phlebotomist, hit my difficult vein on the first try, it was almost painless, she did an excellent job. I mentioned to her that I usually end up with a 2 inch bruise so she placed a flexible wrap around my elbow. I do not see a bruise this afternoon.

I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety.
