So I went to the delivery door to see if they would take the sample since it was already done and labeled. They told me I had to make an appointment... for what? I already had the lab sample. It just needed to be dropped off. They would not take it. I went in to make an appointment at the kiosk, again so annoying that you can't talk to anyone at the front, and the soonest they could see me was 4 hours later!!! I am beyond annoyed, especially since they didn't have to do ANYTHING except take the bag that was prelabeled and packaged and already completed.

I have come in for an employment drug test multiple times. The first time I came in they told me employment drug testing ends at 4:00 even though the office closes at 5:00. This was not mentioned anywhere on the forms, sign in, or website at all so there is no way I could have known. The ID numbers they require to have an appointment expire very quickly, and on the day that I came in it was my only available day before being out of town for weeks. The lady at the front desk told me I could come back in and reactivate my ID and not to worry, but of course I came in and they told me that this wasn't true and I would have to go through another route. The lack of information from any source has been frustrating, if you are coming into LabCorp expect to have to jump through hoops and not get anything done.

If you treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve, they return the same to you. The clinic is often busy and the staff does well to manage all the people who need attention. I suggest visiting later in the afternoon for speedier assistance. My medical treatment in the Dacula office has always been professional and compassionate. I sometimes worry I will take a scolding from Miss Myra about my poor diet and disease management, but while she does offer me sound medical advice, she never shames or ridicules me. Maria in particular was very dismissive, rude, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I repeatedly explained what medication and prescription format I needed, yet they continued sending incorrect prescriptions, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
