There's around 15 people waiting and only one lab tech doing anything. The worst part is they didn't have the documents they needed to drawl my blood work and made me call the doctor office and have them fax it to them. This isn't the first experience I've had with these people last time I came in for blood work I was told to empty all my pockets and if I flushed the toilet my results would be labeled positive for drugs....i was getting blood work done for my doctor. Not sure why I couldn't flush the toilet after using it. Honestly this place needs to be shut down or they need new people in here.

This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance Tanya Jernigan. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong. How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!! I am dealing with some health issues and have had to have multiple blood draws at Labcorp along the way. Sometimes it takes a few days to get to one on our route. We scheduled the appointment at the Lake City, Fl site days in advance and fasted for 12 hours before my blood draw today at 1015. When called to the front the younger front office clerk asked for my paperwork and I told her that my doctor usually sends it ahead to them. She said that she hadn't even checked for it- ummm isn't that her job! She found it saving me from trying to find the emails from my doctor. She was not happy with me after that and took offense that I didn't hand her my payment method without saying anything and just laid it on the counter in front of her and she started talking about me to her older coworker-as if I wasn't there. When I asked her her name she asked why and I said that it would be so that I could add it to my review. She refused to give her name and proceeded to shred my paperwork right in front of me and told me she was done with me saying that I called her a bitch-which I didn't! The older woman coworker looked shocked and I said I'm pretty sure you can't refuse to draw my blood for my test. I asked for her supervisor. The older woman tried to take over my account and help me but the younger woman had already called up the next patient-deleting my screen and information. I have asked my doctor to contract with another lab in the future so that I have an option and would not recommend this Labcorp. I have never been treated worse at a facility that many very ill people rely on for blood work to handle many diseases!

I've been here twice now and have had an extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end,…read morebooking to follow-up care. The owner-operators are professional, courteous, down to earth, helpful, and affable. The prices are afforable and in line with other places but they have better and more convenient hours, as well as a great location. I am not as disciplined with drinking water and don't stay hydrated but have started taking medication that requires hydration so this helps me stay on top of things. I'm grateful for them!
