Labcorp needs to take the address off of maps. Don't go here. They aren't here during business hours. Total waste of time...

Seems the business model for Labcorp is to allow appointments to be made and reminders sent but the office is closed.

Kathy was so gentle, kind, professional and just lovely to interact with. I could not have been more thankful for how much of a delight it was having my son under her care. Anyways, I don't write too many of these but felt compelled to share my great experience with her and the comfort she provided my son just by having such a nice personality. Also, I did not have an appointment and they were able to work us in. Thank you Kathy!

The check-in process can sometimes be frustrating and take longer than expected, even when you've checked in ahead of time. My main concern is patient comfort during blood draws. I don't usually notice a bruise right away, but I often end up with bruising later. The tape or bandage is sometimes applied so tightly that it leaves a noticeable mark on my arm afterward. The blood draws can also feel rushed at times. I understand the staff are busy, but a little more gentleness and attention to patient comfort would make a big difference. Overall, Quest is convenient, but I would appreciate a more patient-centered experience during blood draws.

This one star review is specifically for "Sanaz Mansourian" the nurse who does aesthetics there…read more Sanaz PERMANENTLY SCARRED my face using her RF MIcroneedle. She also has the worst MA (Ashley) who does not apply the numbing cream properly, so the procedure is very painful. It gets even better, if you complain about the pain, Sanaz will blame YOU! And call you weak! I also used to get Botox from her. Watch out!! She will run up the bill on you so quick! And she shoves the needle all the way in on your chin area when no other nurse or doctor does that. They will usually go about half way.. but Sanaz goes all the way! She's sick! I suspect that Sanaz is a true sadistic weirdo who enjoys sticking needles in people! There's something wrong with her. Worst experience I've ever had with an injector. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. She needs to be investigated! Lastly, the majority of the MA's there are pretty rude and sloppy. Always sending things to the wrong pharmacy, etc, etc.

The quality of care was amazing and I feel extremely blessed to be able to meet with a doctor with time and care for my questions. Once all of our questions were answered we were offered a list of options and supplements which I opted to try his advice. Can't wait to see the results!! We are currently month 1 in!! I will continue to update with the good and bad as our months progress.

Teen Challenge was about the worst thing to ever happen to me. I had a CPS case involved due to a…read moreDUI I had gotten, and was referred to Teen Challenge, and ended up losing my daughter due to the fact that the Sacramento Teen Challenge told CPS that they drug and alcohol tested when they DID NOT. The pastor of the female unit later said 'they could if they wanted to'. It caused many complications. I was also legally married at the time but unsure of certain legal aspects of my marriage as I was underage at the time I was married, and the pastor claimed that 'my circumstances were too sketchy' so I was discharged from the program not one day after I graduated early from their Crisis Center and transferred to their long term center. They gave me a bed at their long term facility (which the bunks looked as if they were about to collapse on top of eachother), I set my suitcases down, and then they gave me a teleconference with the main pastor just for her to tell me that she was asking me to leave. They dropped me off at a Starbucks in Lincoln with all of my luggage in the middle of a shopping district where I had no idea where I was and the pastor gave strict orders to the driver that I was allowed to use their cell phone one time once I got their to call for a ride and then I was no longer allowed to. I had to walk around this shopping district in Lincoln for about four hours before I was able to make accomidations to get home, nearly three hours away. While I was at the Crisis Center where you are initially admitted, I was journaling to my husband in a diary but never sent the letters out, and when I came back from a family court meeting I had taken the notebook to write down notes in court, and they searched my possessions of course as I had to leave the premises and went through my notebook and made me throw my journaling away. I took the journal entries out to the dumpster but kept the rest of the notebook and not an hour later, three of the other girls came up to me and said that one of the live in volunteers had gotten a ladder and went in the dumpster and dug out the journal entries, as per request of the head pastor and failed to tell me. This place was miserable, and one of the "re-entries" had been leaving on a regular basis to go to doctors in the local area to get prescription painkillers. For someone that is trying to heal both physically and mentally, it was very hard to be around someone drooling and nodding off on the couch. As well as one of the volunteers leaving daily and coming back smelling heavily of cigarettes when the 'students' are not allowed to have any nicotine. This establishment is the closest thing to a modern day cult like establishment that I could ever think of. It destroyed a very big part of my life and I truly hope that nobody else endures what I did and what I had seen while I was there.
