I'm impressed with this location of LabCorp. You can go on your phone, tablet, or computer and register for an appointment and desired time. They are only closed during the work day from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. When you arrive at your appointment time you can check in on your phone, the kiosk inside the office or at the front office. The facility runs very smoothly and on time if you have made an appointment. Appointments are not mandatory and walk ins are welcome but you may have to wait if patients have made appointments because they are given preference. The facility is very clean and every employee I encountered on my two appointments were very cordial, knowledgeable and capable at all aspects of their job. I would highly recommend this lab and definitely would not hesitate to use it whenever needed. read more

Maddy was a great technician. She was so friendly and was able to get my vein on the first try. Beware, the office is a little hard to find. There is no signage on the building. You have to find an obscure staircase on the side of the building to get to the office. read more

Very rude and bad customer service. The phlebotomist I had was also very rude and she was digging in my veins as I told her please try the other arm then she finally did and got the other arm with first try but then decided it was a good idea to invert the needle for no reason at all as the blood was fine and pouring and it hurt me pretty bad and I asked her to stop then she tells me to "relax." Terrible place for labs. I've never had this experience before and I get labs pretty often. Oh and i am a nurse but she didn't know that either. She just had no idea what she was doing while she had a person there she was training watching her terrible work. Really wish I had her name. read more

I had to go here to get bloodwork drawn. Stephanie was the lab tech who helped me out and she is amazing! So kind and lighthearted and made getting stuck with a needle not so bad. My veins in my arm are near impossible to find, I've never had anyone find them on a first stick and almost always end up with a butterfly needle in my hand. I mentioned this to Stephanie, and she didn't give me any push back, she said she would just start with my hand instead. She didn't have any butterfly needles in her room, but took the time to go find one. I felt listened to and cared for and not like they were trying to just rush me out of the office and onto the next person. The office was a little hard to find. It's at the back of a building and not very clearly marked, but not impossible to find. Overall, a great experience. read more

I will never come back to this place and if I can help it I will ask my physician to send all lab orders to CPA labs. When I arrived there wasn't a single waiting space available. After I checked in, I sat on the floor since the wait was clearly going to be a long one. After 20 minutes they finally took 1 patient back. Maybe they're understaffed I'm not sure, but one lady who was sitting at the front desk never acknowledged any patients. read more

They get you in fast and they are really nice and helpful! I had issues using the bathroom for an employment test and even though they were closing they stayed open in order to finish my test . They could have taken my chances for the job because I was on my last day to get the test done and marked it noncompliance when I couldn't go enough to fill up the cup but they didn't do that instead they stayed open late and gave me the water and let me stay an extra hour until I could go the required amount! It is wonderful to get quality care at any health place these days and I see decline in service quality everywhere so to have someone go above and beyond was amazing!!! read more

First off there is no signage at this location. The building number isn't in order. Secondly while the staff was nice she wasn't very sure of what to do with a specific order I brought in. Had to call my doc office twice and put them on the phone with them. Then they had to call corporate. Phlebotomist was great though. Other than basic drug screens and CBC draws I wouldn't go back to this location. read more

Only one person working and it takes forever to be seen. I had blood drawn and it took her 5 sticks to get it. She's very sweet though.

The lady who works there is so kind, professional and personable. She was doing her best to get people signed in and then calling people back to draw labs, but it is ridiculous that she has no help and running solo. I'm giving 2 stars because she is the only one working there. I had to visit twice in one week. Both times took over 2 hrs! Last week, I signed in at 4:10 and didn't leave till 6:30-they close at 5, 4 people were still waiting after me. At one point there were 15 people in the waiting room with 3-4 standing because there were no chairs. LabCorp needs to treat their employees better and get some people in there to help her! read more

Did NOT follow their own COVID-19 regulations set out on their website. I checked in, and then waited in my car for 50 minutes, called them twice (no answer) before I went in expecting to find them busy. All three of them were just shooting the breeze at the service desk. Apparently they didn't know they were suppose to send me a text, and picking up the phone to call me must have been too burdensome for their "busy" schedule. Throughout the visit, the staff didn't maintain social distancing and didn't have gloves on when they took my driver's license and passed it around. Additionally, the person taking my urine made me toss my medical gloves and put my jacket in some box that has probably never been cleaned. I get that some people might try to fake their drug screening, but I would feel more comfortable putting my jacket in/on something that has been cleaned, and the glove "regulation" is completely unnecessary. The gloves are tight enough that you can tell if something is in them - and we are in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak!!! This is the first place that I have been outside of my home in over two weeks and yet that same day, the UPS and the Post Office both made me feel safer than this office, which is sad for the health industry. Followup: Supervisor did make contact with me (I reported this incident to them directly). Now the workers are all aware of their text in the car regulations. The supervisor is going to try to clean the box and look into if a patient can be issued LapCorp gloves after washing their hands. He doesn't believe that the people behind the desk will be allowed to use gloves to take things from patients due to supply shortage. I upgraded them one star from my original post, since he is going to try to make the experience a bit better during this outbreak. read more

Arrived prior to my appointment time and the waiting room was empty. Had to wait over 34 min later than my appt time, to have a basic lab test done. There were 5 people in the waiting room when I left. This was my first time using LabCorp. Seems very inefficient and it caused me to be late for another appointment, scheduled for an hour later. Avoid this location on South English Station Road....that is if you can even find it. First of all, there is NO signage on the building it's located in, other than a 2"X 8" sticker on the door saying "LabCorp". We drove around the building several times to find it, and eventually called the office to find out where it was. The person who answered the phone explained where they were, so we parked. It would have been nice if the lady who answered the phone had told us they were running behind for our 2:00 appointment, and that they would call us when to come in. Since they didn't do that, I wheeled my 95 year old mother into the building and then the office, which had at least 4 people in it, and the lady at the desk told me to wait outside and she would be with us. 15 minutes later, I went back in to check our status...still not ready for us. Another 10 minutes later I went back in to ask what was going on and was told they were short staffed and didn't know how long it would be (and rolled her eyes at me). We decided to leave and cancel the appointment, which I told the front desk. We get to the car and I have a text that says they were ready to see us. Are you kidding me??? The woman at the front desk couldn't have told us that?? Avoid this place like the plague. read more

tried to call and make an appointment for a urine drug test two days in advance just to make sure I would get in and out but they never picked up the phone or returned my messages. Came in and there were 10 people ahead of me who had all been waiting for over an hour. I heard their phone ringing continuously so I guess they didn't answer other people's calls either. Very rude registration staff member.. Complaining the entire time she was reading over my lab order. Acted like she had never seen anything like it. Very unprofessional and lacking knowledge. Waiting room was empty yet I still had to wait about 20 minutes for a simple blood sample to be taken. I never leave reviews on Yelp, but this is not what I needed during this stressful time for my health. Overall bad experience. read more

I was leery about going here because of other reviews but I had a good experience so I felt the need to share it! I was in and out quickly, the facility was clean...if I were to complain about anything it would be that they could be a little more friendly. No one was rude by any means but sometimes getting blood drawn is nerve wracking and so a friendly conversation would help ease nerves a little :) read more
