Today I made an appt, then ran late, but I was still there by 4:10. Was told they were a) packing to move and b) had appts that filled the rest of the afternoon. They apologized and pointed me across the parking lot to the new Mercy Bldg, telling me that was where they were moving to and staff was already there and seeing patients till 5. I got there before 4:30 and was told that they were already closed. I checked the Quest website and it said that location was open till 5. Very disappointed in Quest today. I recognize that I was late to my appt, but was pleased to be directed to a location that could see me. Then the employees at that location told me they wouldn't see me they were closed when their posted hours gave me another 30 min

I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and compassion. You could totally see that they loved where the work. I broke/dislocated my toe the previous day and by the time work was over I knew it was time to get it looked at and of course my GP is impossible to get into. The tech was very prompt and had an awesome attitude! He was easy to talk to and very nice/personable! He was one of the two techs I saw while there, his name is Rogan, I can't remember the other name but they were dynamite! The PA was absolutely amazing. He explained everything and was so nice and helpful! He gave me great specific instructions and great referrals. He didn't make me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing like some places do. The doctor who stopped in was also SO professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility if not for the staff alone, but the extremely clean and well stocked facility. Can't go wrong with this location!

When I called about my labs the front desk let me know that no one usually answers their phone in the lab. Just completely unprofessional. When I finally reached the lab they rushed through everything and hung up. I would use a different urgent care, one that is friendly and knowledgeable because the PA Jennifer Ehert has no clue what she's talking about.

I took the earliest appointment I could with the app last night, but do not believe the appointment is exact... 10:20 am appointment and I was in about 10:45 am. However, the man taking my blood was nice and professional. The only "that sucks" moment was realizing he used tape on my hairy arms instead of the wrap. I asked about the usual urine sample, but he said that was not ordered. Once I got the app and an appointment- the whole procedure is not that bad.

Two of their staff came over, in October 2016, to help me with phlebotomy of a patient who described herself as a difficult stick. Thanks to their help, I was able to provide good pharmacokinetic (drug concentration in the blood steam) to the sponsor of the study. This type of information is used by the FDA as they review applications for approval of new drugs.

I also had SEVERAL labs that were ordered, yet the tech decided after being extremely rude that she was only going to draw 1 tube worth of blood and send me on my way. 2.5 weeks later I am now aware thanks to my physician that they only drew and sent 1 of the 5 tests that were ordered. I am almost excited to get a bill from them at this point to wait and see what they try and charge me for.
