What an awesome facility! I am a big fan of total access because they provide true quality care and usually know more than most emergency rooms or doctors. This facility was so clean. I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and compassion. You could totally see that they loved where the work. I broke/dislocated my toe the previous day and by the time work was over I knew it was time to get it looked at and of course my GP is impossible to get into. The tech was very prompt and had an awesome attitude! He was easy to talk to and very nice/personable! He was one of the two techs I saw while there, his name is Rogan, I can't remember the other name but they were dynamite! The PA was absolutely amazing. He explained everything and was so nice and helpful! He gave me great specific instructions and great referrals. He didn't make me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing like some places do. The doctor who stopped in was also SO professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility if not for the staff alone, but the extremely clean and well stocked facility. Can't go wrong with this location! read more

The worst urgent care in Saint Louis! Staff was very rude, had me waiting for an hour before being seen. Then the PA was very condescending and acted like she didn't want to help. When I called about my labs the front desk let me know that no one usually answers their phone in the lab. Just completely unprofessional. When I finally reached the lab they rushed through everything and hung up. I would use a different urgent care, one that is friendly and knowledgeable because the PA Jennifer Ehert has no clue what she's talking about. read more

There's nothing urgent at urgent care Apparently scheduling appointments mean nothing to total access. Arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. Still waited over an hour just to get back to a room and still waited. Finally spoke to an either RN/NP got an xray and finally saw the doctor. Total visit was 4 hours for a cold diagnosis. At no time were we updated or told it would be some time. I'm thinking they charge by the hour. Simply put, we should have gone some place else. Apparently they don't care to have patients walk in. Even more then an hour before closing. Their website says "walk in anytime" not "walk in when it's convenient for TAUC". It's pretty safe that they'll never have my business again. And I've been seen there several times at other locations over the last several years. They simply don't care if your child or yourself are sick when it may be an inconvenience for them to get off work right at 8pm. read more

Scheduled an appointment at 10am and was spot 16 in line and the estimated appointment time was 12:53pm. The time kept getting pushed back and finally around 3pm I was notified to come in when I was spot 3 in line. I went in and the receptionist told me it would be at least an hour still and to go home and she would call me when they were ready. I went home and waited over an hour with no call. I tried calling and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I checked and they had put me at the back on the line at spot 20. I drove back up there and there were about 15 people in the lobby. The care itself was fine. But I got charged double for my co-pay. I was told that they didn't receive my payment the first time when they swiped my credit card. So they needed to run it through again. I showed them where the payment went through on my credit card already the first time. And then when they swipe my card a second time it went through again. I showed them both transactions on my account showing that they both went through but they're claiming they didn't get it on the first time but it showed up on their end on the second time. Then I was told I'll have to contact the billing department Monday through Friday to see about getting a refund. read more

I have used Total Access Urgent Care in Brentwood and Creve Couer four times over the last two years for situations where my daughter or I needed immediate care. The care has always been great. Last week my young daughter's hand was slammed in a car door and I was afraid her fingers were broken. The women at the Creve Couer location showed immense kindness and got us seen immediately. Everyone there was fantastic and I could not have asked for better help. Everyone was amazing and I will go here if I am ever in need of emergency services. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. read more

I had a horrible visit , the staff was rude and condescending. I could hear them making fun of the description I gave them for how I was feeling in the hallway outside of my room , they did not help me at all after 3.5 hours of being there. The doctor was short and rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I recently got my bill back and they charged me for a "med serv eve/wkend/holiday" expense that was $50. I called and they said I was there after hours which I was there from 4-7:30, their hours everywhere (website, Apple Maps, google maps) states they are open 8am-8pm everyday and the lady on the phone said their hours are 7-5 and I explained this to her and she is working on getting that fixed for me but EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK THEIR BILLS, I'm guessing a lot of people receive this charge and they shouldn't be. Overall a terrible experience, the only staff member who was kind was the receptionit's however I failed to get her name. read more

I was number 6 for 1 hour. When I arrived I was number 4. I sat in my car for another 30 minutes. I went in and waited another 15 minutes. When I was number 2 they told me to file our paperwork. Finally took back and gave me the Covid test. Came back took my vitals. Waiting for another 30 minutes to see the doctor to get results. The employees seem nice but the order and the type of clinical staff need to be improved. The staff can't tell you results so you wait for the only doctor on staff. When I finally saw Dr. Miller he seemed nice and mild mannered. My test was negative but he is extremely slow. I had to wait while he submitted an antibiotic to WALGREENS!! Like give me a paper So I can get the out of here! This is the worse place to go get a COVID test. This should be your last resort if you are desperate. Now I've been here 2.5 hours and counting. read more

Not urgent and no care! Waited over 3 hours on line to get in. I have a 101 temp along with a uti. An EMT came in to the room ask why I was here I explained why and my symptoms. He told me that I need to give a urine sample. I explained do to my symptoms that was not a possibility. He told me that if I didn't then I can't get an antibiotic. I was never able to see a Dr. But they collected my co pay and would not ever refund it. It was a Saturday my Dr wasn't in I thought this would be a simple solution it was a total waste of time . I went to this TAUC location during a lunch break to check out my raw throat, popping ears, nasal drainage and feverish symptoms (I'm a Type One Diabetic, so catching things early on is really important). I arrived at 12:10 and there was only one person ahead of me. I paid my $100 copay and sat down after answering questions. At 12:20 I was taken back to an exam room and given a clipboard to fill out info. I filled out all the information, waiting for a tech to come in like what usually happens at the other TAUC locations. 17 minutes later, no one had come in. A tech popped her head in and said no one was listed in the room I was in and she'd check on the board. 10 minutes later, and she never came back. At this point my lunch hour was almost up. I left the room not being seen, and I was taken to the checkout desk to receive a copay refund, which hopefully will post in 3-5 days. I understand when Urgent Cares are busy, but not even checking on a patient past putting them in the room, and not listing the patient in the room is not professional. read more

The worst urgent care I've ever been to. I will not be returning to any other total access urgent care because of this location. I am also pursuing an attorney for medical mal practice regarding the treatment that they gave me. Horrible customer service and horrible management. Complete nightmare. I simply went in because of a broken toe nail. They basically did nothing and billed my insurance. When I followed up with a podiatrist a week later she was astonished that they had left my toe in the condition that they left it. When I complained to them and advised them of what the podiatrist said they acted as if they attempted to speak with her and couldn't and there for the care that their physician gave was ok. read more

If you have severe strep throat, with pain to the point where you cannot eat, drink, or swallow your own saliva, they will not prescribe you pain medication. I wish I would have known this before spending $230 for an appointment (no insurance) to only get prescribed an antibiotic. Was seen by an older white gentleman who was very dismissive of the level of pain I was in. Will not being going back. The staff was fantastic and the online appointment feature is great. read more

My experience with TAUC in Creve Coeur was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so courteous and communicated every step of the way with me. And I mean EVERYONE, from the woman that helped at check-in and did my X-rays, to the nurses, to and Dr. Dowers. They got me in very quickly, and the whole process was very efficient. I killed a lot of birds with one stone while I was there, and they walked me through everything, made me feel heard, got me the medical treatment I needed, and best of all, I got to watch Ghostbusters on TV while I was being treated. Went in on a Sunday morning, and the staff was really friendly. I couldn't move my arm, so the receptionist filled out all of my paper work. I only waited in the room for maybe 5-10 minutes, and had xrays done very quickly. Overall, was done in about an hour. The billing is fairly slow. My insurance sent them a check early April, and it took another 3 weeks to get my bill from them. Overall, it was one of the best urgent cares I've been to. read more

The service was great and the staff was friendly, however the falsely diagnosed me with a broken ankle, prescribed me a walking boot and sent me to an orthopedic doctor. After visiting the orthopedic doctor I was informed that not only was my ankle not broken the X-rays showed absolutely no sign of a break and that the walking boot they put me in had made my injury worse. Then the doctor informed me that this urgent care place likes to diagnose people with broken bones because they can get more money out of people. I am absolutely livid about this situation. Do not go to this urgent care place! You might get quick service but you'll also get a false diagnosis!!! read more
