As a new patient, onboarding was straightforward; I answered all the questions online before my appointment, and also did eCheckin through the MyChart 2 days before. On arrival, everyone is screened in the lobby for Covid. At checkin, I gave my eCheckin printout which appeared to make it simpler for the staff member as she only had a few questions to ask after. My appointment started on time. They checked my vitals, then the NP came in and spent about 20 minutes with me. Since I'm pretty healthy (knock on wood) there wasn't too much to discuss. I very much appreciated the lab person who efficiently got my blood drawn. My tiny veins didn't phase her; she got me on her first try!

The bathrooms are clean... water is touch free, towels are touch free... just wish the soap dispenser was also touch free (it's push style) Each desk has a privacy partition separating them from each other. I have never been seen so quickly and be treated so nicely! I was recently at another one of their competitors (the one we all know with Lab in the name...they are a Corporation...of Labs...) where I was not treated so friendly at all. Lots of attitude there, like they were mad at me that they worked there... Not at ARCpoint though! I walked right in with no appointment. The waiting room was clean and inviting, the man at the desk greeted me and asked how he could help, I showed him my paperwork, wee typed in a few numbers, and he took me back instantly. He was friendly and conversational and I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Best lab experience I have ever had.

We got a regular PCR test on Saturday for a Tuesday flight. When we did not have results by 3pm we…read moreheaded to ARCpoint for the "45-minute result" PCR test (had made an appointment just in case this happened). We filled out paperwork, handed over the credit card, and then the technician came out. Right after finishing my swab and just before going around the car to do my wife's swab; both our phones "dinged" with our CVS results (negative). The technician offered to refund our fees if we wanted to cancel. I noted that the CVS results did not have a QR code so I wasn't sure if it would be accepted (friend going to Egypt had this problem). He offered to wait while we called CVS to see if they could generate a report with the code. I asked if the ARCpoint report had a QR code and he said yes. We decided to go ahead and do the ARCpoint tests and to get the travel certificate. Great experience with very courteous and efficient folks. 5 stars for sure.

I was ordered a specialized test. The technician said they do it all of the time and he knew how to…read morecomplete it. I had already paid for the test so was surprised there was a $45 draw fee. I was informed by my doctor that the lab did not include two of the required blood/ urine samples so they could not complete the evaluation. I drove 5 hours to this lab and paid for a motel to be there for a fasting blood draw.

This testing center is very reliable! I was rushing to get my travel PCR before my flight (had a…read morePCR done day before at another place and results not back). My flight scheduled next day in the morning. They went above and beyond in making sure I received my PCR test on time- results ~8-8:30PM same day. Their report also has all the necessary details needed for travel. My flight was to Singapore/India and their report meets their requirements (unlike the Andor lab which does NOT include time collected). They also have very prompt response when emailed or called. Overall this center is A+++. I highly recommend for on time PCR results.
