Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

I have never been seen so quickly and be treated so nicely! I was recently at another one of their competitors (the one we all know with Lab in the name...they are a Corporation...of Labs...) where I was not treated so friendly at all. Lots of attitude there, like they were mad at me that they worked there... Not at ARCpoint though! I walked right in with no appointment. The waiting room was clean and inviting, the man at the desk greeted me and asked how he could help, I showed him my paperwork, wee typed in a few numbers, and he took me back instantly. He was friendly and conversational and I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Best lab experience I have ever had.

We got a regular PCR test on Saturday for a Tuesday flight. We filled out paperwork, handed over the credit card, and then the technician came out. Right after finishing my swab and just before going around the car to do my wife's swab; both our phones "dinged" with our CVS results (negative). The technician offered to refund our fees if we wanted to cancel. I noted that the CVS results did not have a QR code so I wasn't sure if it would be accepted (friend going to Egypt had this problem). He offered to wait while we called CVS to see if they could generate a report with the code. I asked if the ARCpoint report had a QR code and he said yes. We decided to go ahead and do the ARCpoint tests and to get the travel certificate. Great experience with very courteous and efficient folks. 5 stars for sure.

My flight scheduled next day in the morning. They went above and beyond in making sure I received my PCR test on time- results ~8-8:30PM same day. Their report also has all the necessary details needed for travel. My flight was to Singapore/India and their report meets their requirements (unlike the Andor lab which does NOT include time collected). They also have very prompt response when emailed or called. Overall this center is A+++. I highly recommend for on time PCR results.

Employee said that showing a bank statement on my phone was not acceptable, but if I printed it the same document and brought it back, it would be accepted. I mentioned that, alternatively, I had a credit card, but that didn't have my current address. Employee told me to reschedule the appointment. I called the customer service line to reschedule, and representative mentioned that a credit card would have been fine and I didn't need to show my current address. In-person employee could have told me this when I showed her my credit card, but she didn't so. Emails did clearly state they needed proof of address, and did not clearly state that only printed copies were acceptable. Terrible, confusing experience, with a representative who did not care that she wasted the customer's time. Would not recommend.

Speaking for myself, after 2-3 years, the arrival wait time has improved and the wait time once you are placed in an exam room has improved. There have been times when I sensed that the doctor might be a bit rushed but I never left feeling that I was not heard or treated appropriately. My doctor - Dr. Delgado - gives me the impression that she cares about her patients. I share one person's comments about MyChart in that it is mostly a one-sided tool. When information is felt to be incorrect or bothersome, there is no automatic way for patients to resolve that without making phone calls that noone has time for or confronting the doctor or staff which can be awkward or uncomfortable. This can be bad if you need an answer right away. I have several doctors and staff taking care of me and in spite of the challenge they must face in keeping current with care from each other, test results tell me they are doing a good job. Thanks to my Care Team.
