Not ever…read morebeing here I had no clue I had to check in on a kiosk I go to the front desk waited 7mins for someone to come to the desk. The lady that comes up to me is asking me about a QR code when she could have just said please check in on the kiosk first. I asked her a question regarding what she was asking me about & she tells me "I don't know I didn't make your appt" Then I'm the only one with an appt and my name is at the top of the screen & 9 walk ins including individuals that walked in after me were called before me.

I've had blood work done before and usually its a real quick process: you sign in, you sit down, you give 'em your insurance info and address, you give 'em blood, and you're done! Quick and easy... under 10minutes and you're on your way. Well, I show up just a few minutes before my appointment, and upon entering the waiting room, I realize that 6 people are ahead of me. What does that mean? That means we're going to do some waiting. And, because I thought this was going to be quick, I didn't bother bringing any reading material. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting (staring at my phone and reading Yelp reviews), my name is finally called. The phlebotomist had some trouble getting blood out of my left arm even though my veins are rather accessible (big n' bulgy), but not a big deal...and she played it off with some jokes. She ended up using a butterfly needle (smaller needle and easier to use but takes more time to extract the blood) which worked fine on my right arm. Even though I rather liked the phlebotomist, I gotta say that an hour wait is unacceptable. Why bother making an appointment if you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for something so simple? The fault lies not with the employees but rather with Quest Diagnostics which schedules people at every 15 minutes or so which is obviously a pace that their employees can't keep up with...

After waiting a very short amount of time to be called, I was warmly greeted by Karen. She couldn't read my doctor's handwriting, and she remained super friendly despite the amount of time it took for her to find out what the dr. ordered. When it came time to draw my blood, I was shocked. For the first time in years, I didn't feel a single thing. I'm not sure at what point she pricked me. Next thing I knew, I was completely done. Karen is by far the best phlebotomist I've ever had. In the past, I've followed around doctors, but I never considered following around a phlebotomist. Karen mentioned that she's being transferred soon to Livingston. I guess that's where I'll start going once that transfer takes place. If you come to this location and Karen is still there, ask to wait for her! She's worth it.

However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

I would suggest use of another location or go to Quest. I followed all procedure: made appointment, registered online and checked in. I'm sitting there waiting for the text. Then I hear someone calling a name that sounded like mine I go to check the board and it was another name. So I sit back down. I get a text and go to the desk and the woman at the desk hardly looks at me. She obviously was having a bad day but that is not my problem. An overall nasty person. I wish I had gotten her name. I go in and she says go wait on the line. So I look and say there is no line (I was just making sure I was standing in the right place). So she says very nastily it's over there (there was no line). Then a woman comes in after me looking for the line and she seems confused. I will be making a complaint to the company.

Double check before you do anything, because they lack on information. They let you arrive at the…read moreoffice, and then they tell you that your insurance is not covered by them. First they told me my insurance was inactive, which is not true. All they had to do is call the tpa number...and they also didn't do that. So result of it all, I had to pay my x-ray out of pocket. So, double check everything before you book an appointment with them...
