When I arrived in person, I saw several staff members--including what appeared to be a doctor--just sitting and talking, which made it even more disappointing that no one could pick up a simple call. In terms of care and professionalism, it felt very dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or consideration for patients trying to get time-sensitive testing done. The quality of service was poor due to lack of communication, and the overall office experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming. If you're going to close early or stop taking patients before your posted hours, that should be clearly communicated. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing a drug test or any time-sensitive service.

However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

First they told me my insurance was inactive, which is not true. All they had to do is call the tpa number...and they also didn't do that. So result of it all, I had to pay my x-ray out of pocket.
