The parking lot is located off South 2nd Avenue at Valley Street, which means going around the block to access it if you're coming from Valley. There's an access ramp, though it's a little uneven, and the walk looks sketchy due to trash cans and heat pumps outside the building. The small, cramped space is probably as nice as you'd expect.
