This was never communicated to me beforehand, so I drove there expecting to be seen at 7 AM only to have their scheduling issues become my problem. They eventually put me on a waiting list and texted me about an hour later, but by then I had already left. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the solution should be a better workflow...not moving or canceling patients who made appointments. I also had issues with the check-in system because my appointment had been removed, and I was told the blood work would be billed as a sick visit even though the prescription was associated with a physical. Based on my experience working in insurance, this raised serious concerns about whether the billing was being handled correctly. Overall, the staff may be dealing with a high volume of patients, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who took the time to schedule appointments. I would not recommend this location unless they significantly improve their scheduling, workflow, and billing practices.

I've used competitors with my past health insurance plans and I have to say my experience with Labcorp has always been absolutely stellar!! Phlebotomist are always great, you barely feel a thing when they collect a sample of blood. Due to pandemic Labcorp does what many other clinics do and have you check in from the comfort of your car using your smartphone. The process is great and shortly after checking in I got the alert to enter the lab. I was taken in promptly and out the door in literally like 5 mins. Pre-pandemic you would check-in at a small kiosk located near reception but for pandemic times the process is contactless.

While waiting, I watched multiple patients ask the front desk for help understanding paperwork or for assistance with their children's tests -- some of which seemed urgent -- and they were completely ignored. Even worse, I overheard staff talking about these patients behind their backs, saying things like "common sense isn't common." Another patient in the lobby stepped in to aide those with questions. When we were finally called in, the phlebotomist left the room multiple times to service other patients, which dragged out our visit even longer. I even tried to lighten the mood by chatting with the phlebotomist to make the situation less awkward, and she ignored me completely -- not even basic courtesy. On top of that, the conditions were unsanitary. I work in the medical field and I know what a clean, professional environment should look like -- this was not it. Altogether, we spent nearly an hour and a half just to have two simple vials of blood drawn. Completely unacceptable for a facility that's supposed to provide professional healthcare services. Really disappointing guys, do better.
